After our carpet dried we noticed patches of discoloration in high traffic areas, so we called Floor Covering Technologies. Could not find my house so they turned around, they never called, just didn't show. Finally arrived after I called and backed into my deck, damaged it, cut and brought white granite when I ordered beige. Installers only spoke Spanish, very little english. I call them, we will fix it and call you back. Never heard back. I called them, not ready, we have other jobs to install. Fix mine, we are cutting you Wednesday, when will you install, no idea, we'll call you, never called back. Spoke to manager and salesperson, I do not want the same installers and I need the counter installed asap. I ended up going 12 days without a kitchen island which means no kitchen sink. Magnolia has never asked to see the deck they damaged, never apologized for taking 12 days to replace the granite with a stock product. Here's the rub, they offered me a $100.00 discount to keep white granite when I ordered and tagged beige. The icing on the cake, sent the same installers. Don't treat your customers like crap and when you screw up, fix it and keep the customer informed. Is this too much too ask, I don't think so.
