I have multiple credit cards and NOBODY charges me for paper statements. Never knew it was an option until I looked at the card statement closely. Missed a payment because I was traveling overseas. Called in on 3/10/25, spoke to a rep who said I could pay my bill off. Wrote a check and mailed it in that day . Next thing you know, new statement, new paper charge and interest. Despite paying it the day I was given the pay off. Now they refuse to end the statements and interest. Avoid this scam.
