Amazing experience! I highly recommend West Coast Servers…read more I am representing myself and do not have an attorney, so navigating the legal process on my own has been overwhelming at times. West Coast Servers was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process and assisting me with serving an important subpoena. Rebecca, especially, was absolutely amazing. She was one of the kindest and most helpful people I could have encountered during this process. She was patient with me while I was learning and trying to understand exactly what I needed to do. She took the time to answer my questions, provide me with the information I needed, and follow up to make sure everything was completed properly. Rebecca truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and follow-through made a complicated and stressful process so much easier for me. I am incredibly appreciative of Rebecca and West Coast Servers and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing process-serving assistance. Thank you for making this process so much easier!

Then after five weeks of calling and leaving messages. I finally talked to an attorney. He sounded like a little kid. Or should I say sounded totally inexperienced. Without any notice to us, her case was reassigned to a different attorney who didn't seem fully aware of the details, despite us providing all medical records and proof that she lost her job due to her injuries. After more than a year, we were told they could no longer take her case because she supposedly wasn't "injured enough" and the case wasn't financially worthwhile for them. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely disappointing. So much of our time was wasted. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Definitely do not recommend.

My dad and mother in law had Carol do their living trusts a few years ago per my recommendation,…read moreand everything went smoothly. So my wife and I decided to call and setup an appointment for our own trust, the lady answering the phones said Carol schedules all of her appointments and that she'd take my information and pass it on to Carol and i would receive a call to setup appointment....... I waited 3-4 weeks , never received a call back and called the office again and told the receptionist what happened and she said she would make a note of that and pass it along to Carol. Once again i never heard back about making an appointment . My dad and Mother in law had no issues and a pleasant experience with setting up an appt and creating a trust , but my wife and I weren't so lucky . It feels weird to recommend someone to a couple family members and then have a bad experience myself. I'm not sure if it's just incompetence from the receptionist or business is so good that it doesn't matter if you return phone calls to potential customers, either way it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere. My mother in law had her sister call Carol a week ago after moving here from out of state and hadn't heard back so I can only assume that this is normal for her office to drop the ball and you should consider yourself to be lucky if you actually get a return call. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, I definitely wouldn't recommend this law office to anyone again .
