These guys are amazing!! I forgot to leave a review the first time we used them, but I couldn't let…read morethat happen a second time. Back in September, in the evening, my son ran over a huge screw that got stuck in the tire. The stupid security lug nut wouldn't come off, the treads in the key were messed up or something? All I know is neither my husband nor my son could get it off. It was ridiculous. We all needed our cars the next day, had no idea what we were going to do... I got online to see if there were any automotive places still open, or SOMETHING. It was almost 9:00 pm. I saw Bennie's, and that they were open 24 hrs, so I called them up. Jeff was very nice, I explained the situation, and he said he could have someone at our house in about an hour, and quoted me a price to put the spare on or patch/plug the tire, whichever could be done and/or would be best. The tech they sent out tried and tried, but said he didn't have the right tool to force that lug nut off, so he would plug the tire. That's what he did, and it worked perfectly!! It was amazing!! I think it was around $150 to pay by card, and I gladly paid every dime, lol. To be in a situation where you need your car, but it's broken, it's late, etc. is so stressful. Having someone just show up to your house and fix it on the spot for a reasonable price is just AMAZING. Now, fast forward to today, November. Same son noticed the tire was flat while he was at work. He has to leave in the early morning tomorrow to drive to Texas for a wedding this weekend. This is so not good. He was able to purchase another key from Lexus dealership, still couldn't get the lug nut off :-/ We called two auto shops, neither could fit him in today :-/ So I remembered Bennie's and called them up. Jeff answered again, I told him the situation, he asked me to have my son send some pictures and info while he called the manager to ask about the warranty on the plug they did before. He called back and said unfortunately the warranty period was over, but they could come out with the right tool this time and try to get the lug nut off. They were at my son's work within 45 minutes!! They were able to FINALLY get that stupid lug nut off and put the (great condition) spare on. Crisis averted and my son can leave as planned in the morning and make his friends wedding :) Also, it wasn't the first plug that failed, there was another puncture in the tire, so they plugged that too, and put the old tire in the trunk for a spare until my som can replace it. Seriously, these guys are life savers.

KEEP SCROLLING!!!! Hands down THE WORSE roadside assistance I've ever had. I made the initial call…read moreat 8:07am and literally sat on the side of the highway for 7.5 HOURS!!!!! After they took the $300 deposit of course.. BIGGEST SCAM IN GEORGIA!!! The first crew that was sent couldn't even get the job done not even sure if the guy could read. The second crew advised me to drive a mile WITH NO TIRE on I-20 to the other side so his equipment would work properly lol.. COMPLETE JOKE!! And to top it off I was charged $980 initially for TWO TIRES that not only took 7.5 hours but they also tried to make it right by taking $200 off after causing me to do a whole work shift sitting in the hwy. Then I was promised discounted tires and haven't even smelt them.. save your time and money and call someone else!! Will be posting these every week just to keep it refreshed hopefully I'll save the next from becoming a victim. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS FINEST!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Great experience with these guys, specifically Mellisa, Tony, and Wayne…read more Here's the situation.........We had a left front tire blow out on our 33ft RV, outside of Augusta just 5 miles inside the SC state line. We called AAA around midnight shortly after we got our RV stopped and pulled over to the side of the road. After doing our best to try to explain to them where we were and that we would need a tow and not just some to change a tire, they sent someone from Wanyes towing (Aiken,SC) to change the tire / evaluate the situation. After he agreed that we would need a tow, he contacted their "heavy load" guy to come get his. He told us that he was just finishing up a job but should be done soon and would call. After a couple of hours without a call, we called AAA to see what the status was. Evidently the "heavy Load" guy decided he was done for the night, as AAA said they wouldn't be able to get a truck out until 8AM. This left us stranded on the side of the road with semi's flying by just ft from the RV, leaving it swaying side to side everytime they passed. After another couple of hours, a highway patrol officer showed up, and after we explained our situation, he told us that because we were technically in SC AAA tried to get us a service in that county. He recommended we call Chancey's out of Augusta. We immediately called and the picked up in the early morning, and said they had the equipment needed to help us, but they needed the call from AAA. So we called AAA again to have them, specifically get Chancey's out to us. After they tried to convince us a couple of more times to use Waynes, who had obviously just left us on the side of the road after knowing we needed help, they gave Chancey's the call. (we confirmed). They sent 2 trucks out. Tony and Wayne, not only hooked up the RV, but also called around to local shops to see if anyone would be open on Sunday to get a new set of tires for the RV. Unfortunately everything was closed. They then started making calls to RV and mobile home parks to see if there was a place to take the RV for the night, since we wouldn't be able to fix it until Monday. They found a place for us and towed it there. Full hookups for only $25. The next day they were out there bright and early to pick us up and find a local tire shop to replace our tires. They went above and beyond to get us on our way, and were there when we needed them. Strongly recommend these guys.
