Unfortunately, her recent experience has been deeply disappointing. She underwent a root canal at Gloss that was not performed correctly, and we now have to pay for a second procedure to correct the issue--confirmed by an experienced endodontist with detailed scans. What's most upsetting is the lack of accountability or empathy from the staff. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or showing any willingness to resolve it, they've dismissed our concerns entirely. The constant turnover of dentists should have been a red flag, but I had hoped for consistency and quality care but instead my wife has been left in excruciating mouth pain and left in the dark for an extended unnecessary amount of time. At this point, it's clear that Gloss operates more like a corporate chain focused on profits rather than patient care. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. They didn't even have the decency to follow up the many times we called to find out what they were going to do to help with their mistake.

The front desk staff is friendly, sociable and supportive through out your visit. The Equipment is high tech, updated and the best of the best. My only concern was I didn't sense the Tech was as concern about safety. I felt I had to coach her on using the X-ray protective shields. She was on the other hand alert, friendly and delightful to work with. Cost was somewhat high but unfortunately nothing is cheap these days. The Provider was also OON with my insurance plan. The Dentist was straight forward with expectations, treatment, recommendations and possible outcomes. I got copies of the X-rays and recommended treatment plan along with estimated cost. On 12/16/24, I had teeth whitening done on the upper & lower arch. Even though I told them that my insurance pays for 50% of each arch, the lazy office staff did not verify my coverage, but instead has me pay in full and said they would issue a credit when the insurance paid their portion. Fast forward to March 2025, I go in for an appointment and bring them 2 letters that my insurance company has sent them asking for additional information on the whitening service that I had. PMD had never responded to the request for information!!! Now I am asked to pay for that days appointment when i should have had a credit on my account! Fast forward again to July 2025, I am scheduled for an appt on the 21st. This time I call the office prior to my appt and STILL no credit. My insurance paid them $227 which should now be a credit on my account. I am furious. I cancelled my appt and I will no longer do business with these people. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and TSBDE! Next, it will be small claims court. It is really stupid that I have to waste time on this! BEWARE! Make them verify services with the insurance. Do not pay in full waiting for them to give you a refund!!

They have a private parking lot which had plenty of spots. The lobby was very clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. I have extreme anxiety related to dental procedures including cleanings due to sensitive gums. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant first time experience with the hygienist that day & even felt ashamed by her remarks. I wish there was more caring bedside manners especially coming in as a new patient & informing her of personal struggles but I decided to come back for a second appointment to fix other dental issues. The assistant that day was very kind and even noticed when I would tense up. She immediately reassured me and encouraged me to relax as best as I can. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated it.
