After many months of persistence, we did finally hear from the owner and they wanted to make our situation right. The person that had worked with us was no longer there and didn't know what she was doing (as evidenced by her asking us what to measure). The owner helped us pick out a flooring that was within the price range of what we got, and suited the wear and tear of kitchen use. They installed it and we are happy with our product and the service we received this year. It took far too long for a response, but in the end we are happy with our final experience.

Dave helped me, very patiently, go through dozens of samples until he found the exact one I wanted. We have wood and carpet and that process was repeated for both materials. Every step of the way I was continually impressed and so happy with the service and product -- from the sales end of it to the huge install process -- I could not be more pleased. I do realize that situations arise and there are issues and problems -- but, the lines of communication are always open and I have no doubt that K&F would have been open to resolutions. I have highly recommended and referred Kitchen and Floor Decor to many and will continue to do so.
