It is almost always full but parking can often be found on the upper floors. There are stairs and elevators at the front of the garage and I believe only stairs at the back of the garage. I have only had one incident with parking and it was because the customer before me got their ticket jammed but was still able to go through. I had to call an attendant but the matter was quickly resolved and I was out in no time.

And of course there were the Navy helicopters and jets periodically passing overhead and seagulls running up and down the beach. One particularly grumpy seagull must've believed that the portion of the beach in front of us was his and his alone as he kept running around chasing all the other gulls away from "his" part of the beach. All in all a very entertaining and relaxing visit at the OV beach.

I called my friend who I was meeting up with and she said there was a parking garage directly behind the museum. As the name suggests, the entrance to the parking is on County Street. You just drive right in. The garage seems a bit dated. The concrete was not level and pretty dusty in there. The winning factor of this garage is the price and that warrants a 5-star rating alonet! The price is as follows: *Paid parking hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am - 6pm *$1.25/hour or $6 all day *Cars with disability placards can park for free for up to 4 hours * FREE parking on nights and weekends This was a great choice for parking when going to the Children's museum as the ground level leads directly to the back of the museum, without having to walk all the way back around the front on High Street.
