They said I wouldn't be able to be seen because I didn't have the physical ID with me. I told them the situation, how I drove over an hour with pain I had been experiencing and they didn't seem to care. They just said "sorry can't help you without your license". They didn't even attempt to ask the Dr. if it would be ok to see me with a photo of the ID. I understand there are policies, but given the circumstance I would've appreciated if they had just tried to help. They just turned me away without a second thought. I find that to be ridiculous, especially because I have an account with the joint. I'm disappointed, their attitude was a bit off putting from the jump. Now I'll have to deal with pain in my neck another work day tomorrow for 9 hrs. Will not be coming back here EVER again. I'm sure the Dr. is great from reading reviews, but the girls at the front weren't welcoming or helpful at all.
