Inn at Cook Street

The Inn at Cook Street is such a unique Ptown experience. We've stayed twice and look forward to…read moreour third visit! From the moment we arrive, Spencer always makes us feel genuinely welcome. The inn strikes the perfect balance between historic New England charm and modern comfort, and everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfasts each morning are outstanding. They are beautifully prepared, delicious, and something we looked forward to every day. The location couldn't have been better. Tucked away in the East End, it was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk or bike ride to everything Provincetown has to offer. After a day exploring beaches, galleries, and shops on Commercial Street, it was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing place. What really sets this inn apart, though, is the hospitality. You can tell Spencer takes tremendous pride in creating an experience rather than simply providing a place to stay. That personal touch is what makes all the difference. This is easily the best bed-and-breakfast experiences we've ever had. We've met wonderful people during our stays and are so look forward to coming back! It feels like a little family reunion.

The Inn is lovely! Very clean, well appointed and walkable to the heart of Provincetown. Spencer…read morethe Inn keeper, is a super charming guy who was on premises for anything you might need along with his precious little dog Talulah. We woke up each morning to a beautifully prepared gourmet breakfast cooked and served by Spencer himself, along with fresh juice, coffee, etc. Truly a memorably experience! I highly recommend the Inn at Cook Street!

The Queen Vic is 50 feet from Tea Dance and with the awesome front patio, you can watch the men saunter (or sashay) down to the party. You have Spiritus Pizza and coffee at JOE very close by and if you want to rent a bike just head up Central and take a left for PTown Bikes. Next, Stan and Josh are great hosts and will try to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. Communication was great and Stan kept me in the loop via text messages for anything I needed to know. The breakfasts were light and delicious - just the right way to start the day. My favorite was taking mine to the second floor back deck and enjoying the cool morning while sipping my coffee. My room was cleaned up each day making it feel new every afternoon. Pros: Location, all the outdoor spaces, great hosts, and they are a "bed and beverage" so there is a bar available on premise. Cons: I had to come home and I'm not still there!!!

Our bedroom was absolutely amazing and comfortable. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had many wonderful details to make our stay even more special. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a wonderful touch. The home itself is in a perfect location, right downtown, across from the boat slip, on commercial street... in the heart of everything! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much a memorable trip!

The location was perfection, basically in the center of town, but offset from the main street enough that nearly no noise reaches the Inn. We stayed in the Crow's Nest, which is a relatively small room but it was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The highlight of the room itself was the shower, surprisingly luxurious feeling. There were plenty of other amenities available. We took advantage of the breakfasts and parking spots, but I know they also had bikes available, as well as a little patio/garden that seems like it would be lovely in warmer weather. To top it off, Chip's pastries are *absolutely divine*, we were sneaking more of them all day long. There were also plenty of dogs around all weekend long. I would not recommend this spot, or the town in general, to someone not comfortable with dogs, but I had a ball :)

We were shocked at how quiet the house is while literally only one block from Commercial Street. It's very convenient to all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The faucets, shower, and amenities are top-notch and have a luxury feel to them. The breakfast was tasty and saved us a bundle (P-Town is not known for inexpensive dining). The hosts were helpful with offering suggestions and recommendations. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests from around the world. What's not to love about this place? We can't wait to come back and we will DEFINITELY stay here!
