I must admit that Dr. McKay is probably the "least" damaging or incorrect in her diagnoses of most other derms. As a 35-year Medical Director who works directly and indirectly with 65+ surgeons (plastics, reconstructive surgery, cosmetics) in my company, many whom I've hired, I am forced to say that Dr. McKay is extremely intelligent, and has a wonderful personality. Her problem, like most of us, is that she is forced to "thin" the quality of her offerings simply because she, like most GOOD medical people, haven't yet figured out how to be in two places at one time. What I'm saying is that the younger, (not older) Dr. McKay, whom I liked very much, used to spend time with her patients...but now she simply doesn't have that time anymore. It's not that she doesn't want to do these "basic" things, it's that she can't afford the time to work on less-revenue-generating procedures and examinations, because she must parse her time to the things that keep her salary staff and office staff paid. And to survive. Doing that everyday, I completely understand her problems. It's a problem that all medical directors face, and the problem isn't getting any better. Maybe "knowledge databases" administered by AI tools can facilitate this part of medicine better in the future...however, you will still lose...because you can't get Dr. McKay's pleasant, enjoyable, intellectual interaction with a machine. Overall, she is a very, very, good bet....

unorganized. the billing department is "a mess" (words from the biller herself)…read morethat office is a disaster if you're new to the position bare in mind there will be empty promises. do your research before hand because they don't train you like they say the will. they overwhelm their workers piling on work from the past that needed to be fixed on top of the new current work that they have to do in short time. the manager is so obnoxiously loud it's hard to focus and hear the patients calling over the phone- received complaints. the manager will also ask your coworkers how you're doing and talk about you to them the professionalism is LACKING. there is no system to clocking in/out you have to keep track of your time and if you have any overtime they'll MAKE you remove it from your time sheet and you won't really be getting paid for what you've worked. instead of coming together to make a plan for things they'll tell you to just "figure it out." another note, god forbid you have to pick up food on your lunch break your not allowed to leave the premises and if you do they will waste no time on reprimanding you for it if you're thinking about getting treatment here clear your schedule for the day because there's no telling when you'll get out of there most times the doctor is ALWAYS behind by 30 minutes to an hour. people have walked out sitting in the waiting room for an hour after their appointment time.

So, if you're looking to get some kind of injectable I highly urge you all to go elsewhere, they will not honor touch up's if you are not happy with the results. Very Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more I've trusted New Radiance for years thanks to Kimberly Hicks, who always delivered the natural look I wanted. After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience across multiple platforms to inform others that Dee does not listen to her clients.
