Well months later I get a bill for $250. After months of back and forth it went down to $134 then they sent me to collections. I hope they enjoy the $134 because my family and friends will never ever go to any Waters Edge Dermatology. They are like a car salesman, say anything to get you in the door then hit you with hidden fees later on.

There are, as you'd expect, several magazines that have a wider interest range which I found nice to read while I waited. The treatment rooms are nice as well, clean, and comfortable. The cutting was ridiculous, It looked like he signed his initial. Also, I was told the stitches would dissolve. after a two week, his assistant trimmed them. They never dissolved. unorganized. the billing department is "a mess" (words from the biller herself)…read morethat office is a disaster if you're new to the position bare in mind there will be empty promises. do your research before hand because they don't train you like they say the will. they overwhelm their workers piling on work from the past that needed to be fixed on top of the new current work that they have to do in short time. the manager is so obnoxiously loud it's hard to focus and hear the patients calling over the phone- received complaints. the manager will also ask your coworkers how you're doing and talk about you to them the professionalism is LACKING. there is no system to clocking in/out you have to keep track of your time and if you have any overtime they'll MAKE you remove it from your time sheet and you won't really be getting paid for what you've worked. instead of coming together to make a plan for things they'll tell you to just "figure it out." another note, god forbid you have to pick up food on your lunch break your not allowed to leave the premises and if you do they will waste no time on reprimanding you for it if you're thinking about getting treatment here clear your schedule for the day because there's no telling when you'll get out of there most times the doctor is ALWAYS behind by 30 minutes to an hour. people have walked out sitting in the waiting room for an hour after their appointment time.

Again, I thought that was a great thing he did until I got to the front counter where my bill was over $350. I think you should probably alert somebody when you're gonna add a few hundred dollars onto the bill. That felt a little shady to me I gotta say.
