Do not use this company. My reasons are posted below. These are not all the reasons, just a few…read moreareas of concern. This contractor is running an employment agency. Whatever it takes to keep his people working, he will have them do on your time and money. He had his painters paint the outside porches in 30 degree weather and the paint has already peeled on the steps. He improperly laid our gas line and the propane tank.. The gas company refused to hook it up. We had to then pay the gas company to properly lay the line. Yet he wants me to pay for his people a second time for them hanging out while the gas people did the work. My wife and I kept a log from the beginning everyday on who worked, what they did, and hours worked. His painters said they worked on a Saturday. Our log book showed no one working on that day. We know they were not present because we told them NOT to come. We were cleaning the interior of dust as instructed by the flooring installer on that Saturday. The flooring installer was scheduled to put down the final coat on the floors that Monday. We had several appliances damaged during the renovation among a lot of other damages. This doesn't even include all the electrical problems. The contractor hardly acknowledged this damage and did not offer to compensate or fix the items. We were charged for the painters being here when they were not and charged for a second time on the propane issue on the final bill. We refused to pay for that. Now we are in a dispute. We now have rain leaking in our windows and he refuses to honor his warranty. The window work is not the disputed billing issue. Yet, he said he would not honor his work, unless we paid him in full. He says he is right and we are wrong. I will not recommend this contractor.

I needed some work done before Christmas and Chris said he would be able to get a bathroom painted,…read morevanity installed, mirror hung, light fixture installed, and towel racks mounted. He wanted $750 upfront and I supplied all of the materials. I paid it. Then he wanted another $500 before he installed the vanity. The painting was sub par but he said he would fix it. I texted him regarding the issues and regarding the final payment. He basically stated that he did not like my text and after thinking about it he said he was not going to finish the bathroom until after Christmas. His contract stated that he would finish it b y 12/20. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and wishy washy. He then texted on 12/26 and said he could come finish it!! The whole experience left my physically ill throughout Christmas. I had to prop the mirror up and put a little lamp in the bathroom for my son and his wife while they stayed with me. He also did not have any tools and asked me for hack saws, etc. Paint is all over the tile and my vents and they painted the crown molding with flat paint... left spots where there was not a second coat... got paint all over the floor... washed their brushes on the curb and paint is running down the street now. I took time off from work and he did not show up because he did not want to make a trip until something was finished for another client. Had to go to ER twice. Said one thing one day and something else the next... and blamed everything on me. The whole thing was a huge debacle.
