I went to this location back in March and they were "running a special" that was supposed to only be $20/month for unlimited washes for 30 days. Since that time they have been charging my card every month $47.91 without my authorization. I specifically asked initially if it would auto-renew after the 30days and they assured me it would not. I have tried to reach out to management and they do not respond. Deceptive business tactics - DO NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT INFO OR THEY WILL KEEP BILLING YOU HOPING YOU DON't NOTICE read more

my only two complaints are 1. the printers at the three checkin's when you first come in, have not been working for several months. that's an inconvenience. that recipe is pretty important for lots of folks. 2. it is so unsafe, that there is not enough space between vehicles as they are on the conveyor belt. to make it safer, there should be at least one full car length between vehicles. please correct these two issues, thanks. read more

I got my car wash and there was a young man named Trevor who waved me through. After my wash, when I was vacuuming the car, Trevor shows up and asked if I wanted help cleaning the bugs that were still stuck, off of my bumper. Thanks Trevor, amazing service! read more

I would not go to this car wash they rip you off. My husband went for just a car wash used his card for the one time wash and then they charged his account $47 days later without his authorization. We have tried to contact them and it just goes to a voicemail, we had to stop his card and replace it. they have done this to others as we read the past reviews. BEWARE IF YOU USE YOUR CARD!!! they wlil be reported to the authorities and the BBB. read more

I've been subject to credit card fraud by this place multiple times. DO NOT give them your credit card info under any circumstances. The number of fraudulent charges I have received from this business is insane. They are ripping you off from the moment you drive in. Absolutely terrible business. read more

My friend recently went to get her car washed here and had a terrible experience. There was multiple damaged spots on her car when she left the wash. Between chipped paint and dents on the door, unsatisfactory is an understatement for this car wash. When she spoke to the manager he proceeded to deny the damage and did nothing to resolve her problem. No matter how dirty your car is, I recommend driving right on by Waters Carwash unless you want to have damage done to your car! read more

If your looking to get ripped off choose this car wash, your cc will be charged at their convenience!!

Unfortunately this is my second time at this car wash. Each time I have paid for their $25 wash and my truck has actually come out dirtier than when I went through. Unfortunately I will not be back. read more

I would like to start by saying This car wash was great when it opened. But now you go there and the first thing you get is a man standing in front of the machine selling you monthly plans and pressuring you into getting something you don't need and making you feel bad. Please don't go because you will be pressured. My teenage daughter just went and they pressured her into a plan she didn't have money for and called me . Until they stop with the sales people at the machine I will not be going. read more

This place used to be good, but continues to decline. Last 3 times I was there, the machine never cleaned the sides of my car, their drying system is a joke, you end up cleaning most of the car yourself. I also noticed that the side drying shammies have been removed. They rarely worked correctly to begin with but Instead of fixing an issue they removed the service but still charge the same. Spot free rinse doesn't exist here and now they yell you with a PA system when entering the wash that is obnoxious. I will not be returning and I recommend to anyone find anywhere else to wash your car or drive through a puddle! read more

Unfortunately 1 star is as low as Yelp allows. Waters turned 30 day passes into renewable monthly memberships without our knowledge or permission. No one answers the phone and no one responds to a voicemail or email. We had to go online and cancel memberships we didn't know we had and block the company on our credit card. By the way we had sold one of the cars so the membership was not renewing by driving through the cameras. Also need to mention that the price more than doubled after a few months. What a horrible business practice! read more

If you kinda want your car washed by all means go there, spent ten dollars on a wash earlier to check the place out, when I got home I noticed that there were brush marks and dirt left on my car. I called the business to inform them what had happened, I was actually told that they had different levels of washes, and if I wanted to come back, they would make a determination at that point, whether or not it was worth resolving. So once again if you want your kinda washed, and treated like a common thief. Please by all means go there. read more

Please don't come to this carwash! Besides the fact that it's so expensive it left my car super dirty which I had to clean myself. The vacuums do not suck more than your home vacuum and it has a bad odor. read more

This is a great car wash! I don't think you can get a better car wash value. For the monthly wash club at $39 I can have my car washed anytime I need it. Most places have a once a day policy but here I can come back multiple times a day if I choose to. The Equipment is state of the art and it appears that the products that they use to wash and seal the paint on the car is the highest quality, I've never been disappointed. The vacuums work well and there are always plenty of rags to dry off and do touchup work when you come out. It's not reasonable to expect an automated car wash to be the same as a hand wash but this is as close as it gets! read more

Zero!!! I give no stars. AT first I thought it was the best carwash... my 2nd time through with my 2020 Mercedes GLS 450 the bar crushed my glass plate on my roof... i heard a loud snap, but couldn't find the damage at first,, Days later I found it.. went back to the carwash, The owner"DOUG" (older not younger pushed me off onto the younger and refused to talk to me there after.. $1500 damage and refuses to talk to me. My father tried to even go talk to him.. he wouldn't even come out of his office, Complete coward and will not take ownership of damage done. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! if you value your car, cause if anything happens he doesn't want to here it!!!! read more

This place is great and efficient overall. There May Be car washes that are better priced. This one is close to me. Employees are always ready to help. Everything is conveniently placed. They have drying microfiber towels which are clean and great. What is Also Great is that they have unlimited washes. Well unlimited if you pay for unlimited but still has a limit to once a day. I came a few times and just found the automatic rug cleaner. read more

Just returned from having my car "washed" and am going to get the bucket and rag to do it again. This place used to be pretty darn good, now all they're about is trying to upsell you (with high pressure) to they're monthly wash club. We just returned from Disney and hit a few love bugs(not many at all) went to get them washed off, pulled into Waters to find that they removed the pre-treat wash tubs and brushes, ok, not great but whatever, pulled up to single wash lane to find a person with line cards in his hand and no menu screen anymore, asked to see the card and noticed prices had gone up. told guy wich wash I wanted and asked about the tubs and brushes and his response was "yeah if you want that you have to get one of the more expensive washes" now I'm really not happy and at this point he starts with upsale routine and when I kept saying no his response was "well whatever, it's your money)\" , and he's right because I will use my at another establishment where maybe they will be able to actually wash the car instead of spraying a little water for $30.00. O. and they used to use a pressure washer as you were starting through, now all you get is a minor spray of a solution on the windshield, save your money and go somewhere else read more

Omg!!! This place is fantastic! We were on our way to Mobil to get a quick car wash, and passed this on Kanner Hwy and Monterey! It looks like an amusement park for cars! We're driving home now and we're both so excited about this car wash I had to review it now! The car wash experience itself was beyond any car wash we have ever been to! Clean Clean Clean your car!!! Then you drive out and they have FREE vacuum hoses and a compressor hose to get the nitty gritty out of the corners and seats, etc. they have a trash, they have towels you can use to clean the dash and they have a CAR MAT CLEANER! All free! We will never go anywhere else!!! GO now, you know you want to get that dirty car of yours sparkling clean. read more

I need to speak to a manager with this place , been paying monthly, I have a 2020 vehicle so it's not old. My argument is that a lot of things are off since joining. 1. Your air freshener are not as easy to obtain have to literally honk my horn to get anyones attention and then they act like they are doing me a huge favor by providing me with one .5 cent fresher , in the beginning they were out to take freely (please stop acting like it's costing you a fortune) 2 . And most important is I don't believe your using the machines potential or it's not living up to its end of the deal , like others KEEP stating , I go through the machine 1 time and it barely cleans off the vehicle (a vehicle that goes through this machine weekly) if I go through it a few times it starts to do it's job but I'm starting to question whether there's a pressure , temperature or lack of using the correct amount of soaps etc that the machine claims to be using . Simply put I'm trying to convince myself that your not letting us waste our money while on your end continuing to pinch back on your expenses at the same time ! read more
