Bought a double recliner sofa one month ago. One of the…read morerecliner's levers has come loose and no longer works within two weeks of delivery. Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed.
