For one I asked him the deals and he thought about it for a minute, then gave me numbers that didn't make sense. It turned out to be more expensive to buy multiples, than just one item. Told me I could leave if I didn't like his deals. Then at the register I told him I'd like to sign up for the rewards program. He asked for my name and number so I have both. He didn't enter anything in, just reiterated the price. He's just a total d-bag. Maybe he was having a bad day, I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt. From the moment I walked in his demeanor told me he hates his job and doesn't care about the customers. I also wouldn't trust my daughter going in there alone since they don't ask for ID, make sure your children aren't getting their vapes from this low life.

I explained the situation: I'm just coming off of a phone call where I was told fuck you and hung up on. This is because the boy working behind the counter, took personally my complaint and request for managerial contact. Extremely unprofessional. I was misled about quality and integrity of a glass piece. I called to express my unhappiness and request any sort of possible solution. My complaint was met with toxic masculinity And utter disrespect. This comes to a customer of over 20 years. I then asked Jason or Jared or whatever his name was who took this call- To please put me in contact with a manager or owner after clarifying that the two locations are affiliated. I was again met with him, taking personally, my frustration and matching it with his own. He hung up on me and then refused to take another call. I am absolutely disturbed by the quality of staff that I experienced today at this business. I am not only upset as a customer now I feel disrespected as a human being.
