They are always quick to help you find what you're looking for or make suggestions. I have my Ohio medical marijuana card and from time to time I need small items like papers or a lighter. I was misled about quality and integrity of a glass piece. I called to express my unhappiness and request any sort of possible solution. My complaint was met with toxic masculinity And utter disrespect. This comes to a customer of over 20 years. I then asked Jason or Jared or whatever his name was who took this call- To please put me in contact with a manager or owner after clarifying that the two locations are affiliated. I was again met with him, taking personally, my frustration and matching it with his own. He hung up on me and then refused to take another call. I am absolutely disturbed by the quality of staff that I experienced today at this business. I am not only upset as a customer now I feel disrespected as a human being.
