Still doesn't come on and he wants $600+ to rewire the system. Claims it was originally wired with the wrong wires and has multiple cuts in the wire less than 6 inches under ground. We have done no digging where they say it was broken and according to the sticker on the system Brantleys originally installed it. Of course this could be a lie too. ANOTHER COMPANY CHEATING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS.

When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.

Your people were great!!! From the front office to the installers…read more Due to a dry spell, the Bahia sod wasn't ready to harvest. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the project. Once the grass was ready the install date was scheduled. The installation crew arrived on time. The work was quickly and professionally done. Initially the grass was dry and bumpy. So I followed the recommended watering schedule and in two weeks the grass was green and lush but still bumpy. After a couple of days of good rain fall I had them come out and re-roll the yard. That took care of the problem and now the lawn is smooth. With my landscape complete I now can sit back and enjoy my yard. Thank you for your excellent service.
