I contacted Alex to come out and do landscaping to two flower beds. One was quite large and the…read moreother was smaller. I wanted a step pattern retention wall, remove the old plants in the larger planter and replant with new plants. I replanted the smaller bed myself already. I wanted the mulch removed and replaced with stone. He came right out, gave me a bid which I accepted. I needed HOA approval which would be obtained in 2 wks but Alex did not want to put me on the schedule till the approval. Once that was approved, he said it would be 2 wks and he would be starting my project. That was 5 wks ago. I spoke with him once since and he said that he would call a few days before starting. That was, again, a few weeks ago. I texted him a week ago and called again today asking for a call back but got no response on either. I got other bids but I had already notified them that I was going with someone else so Mr. Menedez has left me in a bind and I am at a loss as to why he said that he was booked 2 wks out when CLEARLY that was NOT the case. Honesty is always the best policy as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this business based on my experience as noted.
