I had the best experience going to Watch the Time. I got a watch for my birthday that fit too big and I needed it resized. I called several places for quotes. One place told me the resizing would be $15-20. Steve said it'd be $5 and he'd do it in a minute while I waited. I went out and he was super efficient. I could not be happier!! Steve is great and very professional. He knew my watch right away, pop open the back with the exact tool needed. He showed me the inner workings, which I found fascinating. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the special devices that are used for a watch cleaning. Note, my watch is a manual automatic Omega, so he does service higher end watches with care. What I love about this place is that the service is 5 star and the prices are unbelievably low. I have a collection of watches that I take here from time to time when I need a battery change. He charges $5 for the service and the battery! Other places charge way more. I recently brought my Cartier watch to have an extra link added.
