They were able to resize my engagement ring, shine it, and they also shined and resized the bands that we picked. We drove to the store (1 hour away), met with the owner and were promised a proposal which never came. We are unsure why a new owner would drop the ball twice, but assume our order was not big enough or profitable enough to warrant the high level of service this store promises. I was surprised to learn the store is under new ownership, and I am so happy to be able to say that I LOVE the new owners. We wish Odie and his family well, and a happy retirement. The store is just as immaculate as it always has been and has an even fresher feel to it. The items in the cases are still beautiful. Sara is still there as the store manager. My fiance, Matthew, purchased my ring from this location and used a interest free payment plan. They laid out the monthly payments for us to make sure we wouldn't be charged interest as long as we paid the payments on time. Low and behold, we made our last payment, however Jared wisely had us pay after the last day of interest free payments resulting in paying interest on the entire purchase!!! I tried to speak to a manager to resolve this issue since we had made every single payment on its due date. And they said there was nothing they can do. Every higher up. Therefore I did not buy my wedding ring from them. Please never buy your jewlery from these crooks. They are not willing to work with customers!
