I don't know how this company still exists. No pickups last week at all, trash or recycling. I know that I love having trash in cans rotting outside in 100 degrees for a week just so I can wash out the foul smell when it is finally picked up. TERRIBLE. THEY ARE WHAT THEY WORK FOR-GARBAGE. They never come and pick up our yard debris, it will just sit as well as our neighbors and everyone else on the streets for weeks. Looks like I'm gonna have to get the city involved or something. Maybe even my attorney if it comes to that. We had to make the difficult decision to stop recycling because they wouldn't pick it up over one "incorrect" item in the bin. They also throw out cans in the ditch every time when they DO COME. I called for a bulk pick up..I had to take a pix of it so they could figure out what to bill me..$100.00...friday is our usual garbage day...so half the stuff that was the bulk pu was picked up during the regular garbage route...so why am I being billed for a bulk pick up?..I called and asked if I would get a partial refund-of course no one called me back--but they gladly took my hundred bucks didn't they? they told me it would be pu in a couple days...they didn't !! so I canceled the order and they told me it would take a month to get a refund. So I called their corporate office and they said they would send this info on to the managers..I get a call from the manager saying....so we didn't pu your stuff Saturday?? so I asked is that all they told you?? yes he said..NOW IM REALLY MAD RIGHT? so I explain it all again for about the 3rd time and now--after I've made arrangements for someone else to haul it , he tells me he'll send a truck right now...I said too late I've already paid someone else to do the pick up and I need that refund to pay him..WELL...NOW THEY HAVE TO CALL ME BACK...SO MY IMPRESSION IS..THEY DON'T CARE --ABOUT --ANY OF IT--AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY...!! read more

Hours are too long and 6 days of work, management like to disrespect employees only care about themselves and don't care family time, trucks are always down poor maintenance, they don't pay real overtime, is call Chinese overtime and is like $6.00 hr no more than that for every hour overtime.. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I live in Lakewood Park and am stuck using them as I have to pay them through my property taxes. They don't pick up the recycling, the neat piles of debris, and when they do, they literally throw your trash can into the nearby ditch. I've placed two calls to them in the past two weeks and they haven't bothered to return either of them. I'm getting ready to start a change.org petition to get rid of them. Dreadful customer service and they leave trash and debris all over the street in front of my house. No wonder they don't have a Facebook page, people would be leaving negative comments and pictures of what they do. read more

In the ten years since I have been forced to use Waste Pro they have broken or taken three garbage cans. The drivers have been disrespectful and racist. Approximately every four to six months they miss my pick up completely. They are the worst. read more
