We only found this on their Facebook page. No phone calls, emails or any other communication. Our house and our parents a few streets down are experiencing this same problem. Extremely unprofessional! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Ron, the worker who assisted me, was very sweet and was willing to return our containers after he dumped out the gas for us. There were two people ahead of us in line but we were still in and out in 5 minutes. Please note they have really weird hours here. They're basically open Tuesday and Friday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, so make sure you consult the hours before you drop by with your hazardous whatnots.

A team of people in white disposable suits took care of us in a jiffy. You don't even have to get out of the car (in fact the sign tells you NOT to). They took it all, there were no fees, and I drove off feeling like a green good doobie.

I had an old TV and printer I needed to recycle. Arrived on North Branch Street and there are big signs to at lease tell you where to drive up to but there are no exact way to know how to park. It seems depending on who you see first, they get a bit offensive on the exact way you park to drop the electronic off. I had a few motherboards to recycle and was told they do not take those even if they were off of a TV. Looks like if the parts look like a TV they take it and if they are just boards off a TV. They reject it.

I have used Bio-One one 3 separate occasions and they've consistently provided amazing customer service every time along with trying their best to squeeze us in as best they could with their already crazy schedule. I used their disinfectant services but here's Keywords for other services they provide: crime scene clean up, biohazard clean up, covid fogging, covid clean up, disinfecting, hoarder clean up

That changed a week ago when we opened a wall to track down a leak in the basement and found a former bathroom that had a 5 foot tall pile of construction debris that filled the room. When we shifted the debris out of the building, we uncovered a drain. In the time it took to get a plumber in to plug the drain, we had a few rats enter the building. Exterminators made quick work of them. But they left their mark in the exposed room. Bill was great in getting Amanda out immediately to the site for an estimate. Amanda was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job getting that dingy room in the walls clean and sanitized. I greatly appreciate Bio-One and all their help and will be adding them to my service contacts list.

In these 3 1/2 months of "service" I have gotten…read moreto know many of their customer service reps through my weekly calls to report we've been missed again. Fun fact: if you work away from home and don't know to call to report a missed pickup before 4PM, you get to wait FOUR additional days for pickup. To be fair, only one of the customer service reps was rude in my many interactions. I should have known when my original bill was for double service that I was in for a time. Took over a month to get my bill sorted and what did I get but a another new bill! Everyone makes mistakes, so I've enquired if there was something we were doing wrong that prevented timely pickups: can out the night before? placed in a highly visible location? So, not our error. Maybe they have a pool going to see how long they can refuse to provide the service I've paid for before I leave; or maybe it was how many times would I call them to do their job before I found someone else who would... whomever has this week is gonna win big.
