I have been a Waste Management customer since 2006. Just got a quote from their competitor and found that it was 1/2 of Waste Management price. Contacted the company to cancel the service and I am told that their contract auto renewal happens annually. I have to send a certified letter at a time 5 months into the future and if I fail to get the letter to them during a set window of time the letter doesn't count. If I get the letter to them at the proper Tim I still have to pay a $300.00 pickup fee for my 2 Yard Dumpster. To add insult to injury, they offered a new three 3 year contract that matched the competitors price! Don't sign anything with these people unless you read the entire agreement!
