"Overflowing is A-OK, or How I Learned to Love the Better Business Bureau" I am extremely disappointed with just about every aspect of Nature Station Waste Services. I had ordered a portalet from them for one of our work site. The price of portalet rental includes servicing and cleaning once a week. They NEVER came to clean the portalet. After a couple weeks, the portalet was literally overflowing with feces. Mind you, I had called them to inform them of this situation 3 times before it had happened, letting them know that no one had come to service it. I was told that it was not my day for service. This morning, I called, demanding that they service the portalet. There are children, families, construction workers, and all other sorts of people that are subjected to their disgusting neglected portalet every day. I was kept on the line so that I could hear the customer service rep speak to the driver, specifically telling them that this needed to be picked up. 6 hours later, it's still here. I called again, and needless to say, I was unpleasant. The customer service rep told me that she didn't think it was a priority. I asked how she could possibly think this is not a priority since this was my sixth phone call. She told me, and this is verbatim, mind you, "When you told me it was overflowing, I thought everything was A-OK." I'm shaking my head even as I write that. I am completely flabbergasted at the outrageous logic used by Nature Station. Hear this, Nature Station, I have made it my personal mission to let everyone hear this story, and hopefully, you will never offload a health hazard on another business or person ever again. Since I am forced to give Nature Station at least one star, I am going to say that that single star is representative of the patriotic feeling I have in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. new construction on my street and they use one of their dumpsters. when it was time to swap it out for you empty one the driver left red mud on our entire block which leaves us no choice but to drive through it and splash it all over our cars. I called Thursday and spoke to a receptionist and she said she would pass the message and have someone come and clean it. I did a follow-up call the next day Friday I was transferred to someone who said they were the owner and he cursed me out and told me to clean it myself and wanted to fight me for wasting his time. what a poor example of a human . so in my opinion I guess you are what you do for a living. "TRASH". I also have this phone call recorded if anyone would like to listen to it.. Parish ordinance says You must leave the street the way you found it. not only do we have to drive through it and get it all over our cars but now our kids have to walk through it to go to school as well as walking our dogs. we're not talking about a little bitter red clay we're talkin about 2 or 3 wheel barrels worth. you can also find my videos on YouTube of the situation along with the telephone conversation. read more

This is the worst experience with a porta potty company I have ever had in 14 years of building. Mark called and said he wanted to move into Tangipahoa parish. We ordered 9 pottys for 9 different houses. They cleaned them the first week then never came back. We called numerous times and he said he was trying. We had numerous complaints from sub contractors that couldn't use them and the poor neighbors who had to smell it. We told him to please pick them up and he said he would try. After two more weeks we had to do something. They were all over flowing so we had to call another company and pay them to clean them. Then they had the nerve to continue to send invoices. They have never made any attempt to pick them up so at our expense we had to have them removed. I would post a pic but it is absolutely gross so I will spare you all. Stay away from this company at all cost. Just my opinion based on our personal experience. read more
