I am very disappointed with my experience on this river cruise. The team allowed a drunken man on…read moreboard that repeatedly yelled slurs and proceeded to drink an entire bottle of wine in the hour we were on the boat. He was not hiding the fact that he brought a bottle of wine onto the boat. He indiscriminately offered the wine to anyone, including children. The team did nothing to get his behavior under control. The boat was also packed as there was no where to sit and it was very crammed on the upper deck. My family and I ended up seeing nothing because we had to move to the lower deck to escape this behavior. We saw the sights from the cruise but we could not learn more because of his incessant talking.

We bought tickets for a tour at 4:30 in the afternoon and arrived a few minutes before 4:30. The…read moreworkers were there and watching us walk to the boat. The man in charge of untying the boat had not untied yet, but literally looked us right in the eye as we were showing our tickets and began quickly untying the boat. The agent at the top of the stairs just stood there making excuses, "He wants to start his evening off work and he wants to get going". He was untying while she was making excuses. We were so close to the boat. In America, we regularly give these tour guides a tip for great service. I'll give this miserable excuse of a man and his excuse making colleague this tip: Karma is a bitch and the next time you are having an experience where the kindness of the person could help you, I hope you experience a nice payment so maybe you can do better next time. We can just do one little thing and it can make a person's experience or break their experience. As a disabled person who travelled an hour by public transportation with all the delays and stairs and trouble-- we made it on time and you decided to create an additional block that was unnecessary, unkind and will in the end cause you pain. We will dispute the charges for over 100€ with our credit card company and we will make a formal complaint to your company.

Also their attitude, in the end, was a bully attitude and very unfriendly. It´s a shame that our experience had to end like this.
