While there are good individual caregivers at Park Vista, overall this place is terrible and there are much better assisted living options for the same price. In three years of having our loved one at PV, they never actually did many of the items in our loved one's service plan (a legally binding contract) - even after several verbal and email discussions with the management. Most of the residents say that the food is generally not good. A medical professional who visits this place regularly told me that PV has always been this bad in their 10+ years of seeing residents there. Do not send your loved one here if you care about him or her. Shop around because there are much better options in terms of care and living quality for the money or less.

They declare they work with dementia however when things get a little complicated (as they do with dementia patients) they ship your loved one off to get meds evaluated, okay thats good we want our loved one to have the best qualty of life... then once they return they decide to start changing the meds that the specialized place got all set up, this causing the quality of life to plummet , IT IS EXCRUCIATING PAINFUL!
