Love this place. So much fun for my kids. We've been coming here for strawberries and pumpkins for 8 years. Due to Covid , we weren't aware we had to purchase the tickets for "Fall on the Farm" in advance. But kids were ok with just being able to pick the biggest pumpkins they can carry.

This place is fanatic for the "Fall on the Farm". Note: during Covid, you have to purchase your tickets online. - this might be a thing going forward. Kids under age 3 free. $15.95 for 3+ and Adults. Parking: Huge lot that can hold maybe 500-1000 cars, on a gravel parking lot in front of the entrance. Free to park - which is a plus. Entrance: there are roped off areas for line to the ticket booth. They had our names for the time we booked and we got her wrist bands and walked right now. There were signs to stay social distancing and wear a mask if you felt you needed to. Most people working, wore masks, but many patrons did not. Everything, but the bathroom are outside activities. Grounds: this place is HUGE --- acres and acres of land with tons of stuff to do and plenty of designated spots for photo ops. Things to do: Corn Maze, sunflower and field flower picking, zip-lining, hayrides, tracker rides, bounce houses, cornhole, petting zoo, mini tracker bikes to ride, kids pirate ship, fair games, food stall, and pumpkin patch to buy pumpkins - ALL THE PRICE OF YOUR TICKET! Bathroom: Nice indoor and porta-potty bathrooms options, with tons of sinks inside and outside to wash your hands. There are even troughs outside the petting zoo for hand washing. This place is absolutely huge and we spent 4.5 hours here and still didn't get to everything. The only thing I would say to buy warm food like burgers or chicken tenders took almost 45 minutes, which was not good since there were only 10 people in line when we went.

Great location to pick strawberries. Very huge area vs the Loganville location and a lot less people. Price is $12.99 for 1 gal bucket and if you keep their bucket, it's $1.00z. Strawberries are big and juicy.

We always love Washington Farms!! What wonderful memories our kids have made here. Picking strawberry's, and pumpkins. Our favorite time of the year is the fall of course. Always so much fun!!! Our daughter Lexie had her birthday party here last year in October! It was definitely a unique party & fun for her & all of her friends. We can't wait to go back this fall!

Nice place, kind of expensive. My family always goes to the pumpkin patch every year, and it's very kid friendly

The kettle corn was great, the petting zoo was fun for the kids, & the slides in the corn maze were awesome.

A trip around the world and a walk down memory lane…read more It's been decades since I stepped foot inside the Buford Highway Farmers Market, and being back felt like a beautiful reunion. The last time I walked these aisles, I was with my mama, Donna Theresa. So much has changed since then, yet the soul of this place remains as vibrant as ever. It feels more expansive than I remember. A true global treasure tucked right here in the city. I'm still obsessed with how they organize the aisles by country. In just one afternoon, I traveled from Korea to Eastern Europe to Central America, no passport required! I was officially "team sample" the moment they offered! Unlike the heavy, sugary profile of traditional American cakes, these were a masterclass in balance. I tried the Neapolitan, a stunning phyllo-layered creation that was light, buttery, and perfectly textured. But the Lemon Cream Cake? It stole the entire show. It looked picture-perfect on the shelf, and the taste was even better. It was so bright, airy, and just the right amount of decadence. Coming back here wasn't just a grocery trip; it was a win for my palate and my heart. Now that I'm back in the area, you can bet this is becoming a regular stop on my rotation. Do yourself a favor and make sure you check the exp dates on EVERYTHING. This market routinely…read moresells old/expiring goods because there's too much sh*t in the store to keep up with inventory (see others' reviews). This is by far this market's biggest drawback. I purchased a pack of tofu along with some other items on March 11. I open the fridge a few days later on March 15, finally ready to prepare the tofu, just to see that the exp date on the pack was March 10. This picture was taken March 15 upon this discovery. I meant to update this review a while ago. I just can't spend money here anymore knowing that I'm liable to accidentally purchase old products. As customers, we should not have to be this vigilant at a grocery store... it's ridiculous.

Each farm sets up a stand or two selling everything from peaches to meats, from honey to vegetables, from home-grown tomatoes to okra, from sweets and cookies to cakes and pies, from ceareals and meals to corn and poultry, from cured ham to nuts, salads, jams, pastries, seeds, beans, pumpkins and a huge amount more. Tons of parking. Very friendly farmer-purveyors. Easy access for everyone. Some shade, but it can get hot on a sunny day. Bring your own bags if you make large purchases as they were a bit short on 'em; and its just being courteous doing so! Bring lots of cash and coins. No credit cards please - they didn't mind at all waiting while I counted out quarters... Fantastic small stop by at a local corner inside an outdoor mall area, where locals pull up in rigs, trucks, 4x4 and tractors. These farmers really are going all out and OUT-competing the grocers and 'big' box office retailers. They are also by far way more interesting to talk to and I will support this Farmers Market in Clayton again very soon!!! REBEL Review: 5+
