First for my sister who died suddenly and without assets or insurance. They worked to provide a proper service with an eye on keeping cost low since there wasn't any money available except for what family could provide. Next for my dad who had a modest budget. They were happy to suggest ways we could save money and stay within the amount we had to spend. In regard to the flowers, Mike doesn't have a certain provider that the home insisted on and anyone can send flowers from anywhere for the service. Mike and the staff have been great.

"technology" can be the worst... I went to the ladies room... attempted to wash my hands... Could not get the faucet to work!!! Attempted again after I used the restroom..nothing. Had a seat on the bench while another woman attempted to use it. Nothing. Time for a new, just standard faucet, no fancy things... Maybe set a bottle of hand sanitizer in there too... in case such problems persist. Especially as we enter flu season. A bit frustrating.
