This location has been moved to,Everett. New location, same bullshit. I started asking about an SCS 7 months ago and got the runaround. Injections will help they said. I was lied to on several occasions about medication changes and about SCS devices. And how I was no longer able to take one med because of my bad kidneys. I've never had bad kidneys. So I went to my pcp and asked for a blood test. Kidneys were and are fine. So why would dr Hong lie to me about my kidneys. Dr zhu lied say he had to reduce med because the government told him to when I was already told by dr mum that it was coming because eventually they want to stop all meds.And it was dr mum that lied about the SCS device. Boston Scientific is the way to go people. It has a greater chance of actually helping than any other device on the market. But the last straw was that I called on my way to appt to say I would be 5 minutes late. Got a call back from receptionist saying the dr says you have to reschedule. Easily the most unethical clinic I have ever been a patient at. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr Jennifer Lee in Kirkland is the best! And btw, I am considering legal action against them. I suffered for no reason on multiple occasions. I told them from day one that I was there to get better. I am beating pancreatic cancer and I want to live life again. So ya, I'm just glad that experience is over. read more

The office staff is nice, but the doctor I have seen there was awful. I requested that they transfer my care, but they said their policy is to make you wait SIX MONTHS before you can see a new doc, with no care at all during that time. Dr M was incredibly condescending and uncaring. He made me feel subhuman and I did not get the impression that he wanted to help me AT ALL. I had a cervical spine injection by Dr Mambalam (sp?). All of the nurses told me that it wouldn't hurt because I would be anesthetized. Literally 3 different nurses told me that it was how the procedure was done. I waited quite a while (Dr M was running late) and he finally bustled in, then basically shoved the needles in with no anesthesia. He says "it hurts more with anesthesia" (UH BULL CRAP!). I was sobbing on the table and he was like "Let's do this another day," but I finally begged for the anesthesia on shot #4 into MY SPINE and it was completely painless. He left in a huge hurry. My Rheumetologist said that it sounds like he was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time, or that he was "testing me" to see how much pain I was in, or if I was just a pain seeker. My doctor told me to never see someone from there again. read more

I am very unhappy with the care my wife received while going here. She quit going in 2015 and out of the blue we get a letter in the mail this week stating she owed $462 for a procedure from 9/2015. Upon reviewing my insurance EOB it shows insurance paid them 100%. Now multiple calls later to them I have gotten zero response. This is not how a real doctor office should be run. Oh and it was also really fishy when she was seeing a doctor there and he mysteriously was gone between her weekly appointments and right after that my insurance company quit working with them for which I would say is shady business practices. If WCPM wants to reach out to me and make this right I will happily remove this review but until then I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I have to second the other review here. This place is not a place for people who need help. They are very nice and friendly on the phone and in person, but they only care about making as much money off you as possible and not helping you navigate through the healthcare process. I have a chronic headache condition and since the state has tied the hands of many doctors, my specialist is not able to prescribe me enough pain medicine. So a friend told me that a pain specialist might be a better option. WCPM is very close to where I live so I called and made an appointment. At my appointment I was immediately told that I had to take a urine drug test before the doctor would even see me. No chance to talk through the treatment plan first. When I met Dr. Zhu he was nice enough, but his english was quite broken. I was willing to look past this, but as I described my symptoms to him he kept googling them on his computer in front of me. I told him my diagnosis, but it was one he had never heard of. I explained the situation with the pain meds and asked what he could do for me. He said he didn't want to prescribe opiates (of course), but I said that I was open to anything at this point, I just needed something that worked for me. He kept saying "I'm not a neurologist, you need to see a neurologist," even after I assured him over and over that I had a neurologist that I was working with. Long story short, this guy had no comprehension of how to help me, so, after googling some medications and asking ME if they sounded like a good thing to try, he prescribed me three medications, (two of which were so expensive that I couldn't even try them), and an outpatient procedure. I later cancelled the procedure and it's a good thing I did, because after the scheduled date for the procedure I received a letter from my insurance telling me that they wouldn't cover it. This guy tried to get me to go through some expensive procedure without caring or having his staff check whether I could afford it!! Had I done it I would have been stuck with the bill for the whole thing! Complete B.S. I went back for the follow up appointment and he came in and said, "you don't have a diagnosis, I can't help you." I tried to explain to him that I did have a diagnosis, but he wouldn't listen. He just kept saying "I can't help you." Then he left. No other options were offered, no chance for rebuttal, no explanation, no "here's someone who CAN help you." The girl at the front desk told me that I would not be charged for the visit, but later I received a bill for it. And at that time I had been required to make an appointment with their resident psychologist, and even though Dr. Zhu wouldn't help me, I still had to go see the psychologist or pay a $90 cancellation fee. The whole process was insane. You shouldn't be allowed to not help someone and still charge them for a service you didn't provide. When trying to contest the claim I later found that Zhu is an anesthesiologist. So I am completely clueless as to why this "center" thought it fit to start a new patient with an anesthesiologist. They don't care about taking care of you, they just want to get as many charges out of you as possible so that they can milk you for every dollar you have. read more

I am dealing with Sciatica(long story), I've had 3 appointments and durring my last appointment he said he needed proof of my knee condition, why they weren't already requested the 1st and 2nd appointment is unclear. I offered to log into mychart to show him and he said he needed official records..ugg That's fine but when i asked questions to make sure I understood he walked out. I asked the very nice girl who was in the room what just happened she said he doesn't like explaining himself. WTH!? How am I suppose to do what is asked If I don't have a clear understanding. They also said I need to meet with a psychologist which is fine but I don't cont. to take time off work and pay co-pays plus by the time that all happens I will have had my procedure and no longer in tears. My Doctor at Virginia Mason referred me to this Clinic because after 35+ years as a construction worker my spine is pretty messed up My Doctor @ VM prescribes something to help with my pain level but we talked about trying something else so I went to this Clinic. My first visit I explained to the doctor where the major problem spot was in my spine (between my shoulder blades) & he ordered an MRI since the film on my back was older. I called the imaging place before my appointment & they told me the MRI was for my lower spine so I called the Clinic & asked if the Doctor could order a full spinal & I never heard back from them so I went to my appointment @ CDI & the MRI was on my lower back, not the full spine. I ended up going to the Clinic a little while later to consult w/doctor Zhu & was there in the waiting room for a 1/2 an hr. before they told me their computers were down. I was finally lead back to an examination room & ended up waiting for alot longer before I told them I had other things to do so I couldn't stay and would have to make another appointment. I called later & said that they should not charge me for the visit because nothing happened & the first women I talked to was rude & told me they couldn't do that before I was hooked up with someone who was a little more sympathetic. After that I called to set up another appointment & I'm still waiting for a call back (a couple of months later), so I agree with the reviewer before me that some of the folks that work there are nice but when it comes down to it they are not providing the service they should for people like myself. The people are very nice but they care more about the money than the patients & making the patients better. I was told I need to see the Accupuncturist, get an MRI, get a sleep study, see the psychologist, & see the primary doctor. Because of how bad my health is the accupuncturist says I need to see them 2x's a week. This is $30 in copay every visit. Then if I see any of the other doctors it's another $30. I told them I couldn't afford $60-100 in copays every week. They said it's their policy & I have to pay it or they can't see me. I asked about a payment plan & they said no they don't do that. Even though the first visit the doctor said he would write me a prescription when I needed it, just call & then I can pick it up, he wants to see me AGAIN before writing it. That's another $30. In 2 weeks I've racked up $150 in copays! It's sad that they don't care about making patients better, to help them get out of the extreme pain their in, and instead they care about only money. read more
