I called Soap Box and spoke to Tilly, who said they could turn it around in a few hours. She wasn't joking. She called me two hours later and said it was ready! The only good part of this place was that the other people dong laundry were very friendly. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone who is traveling like us. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but it made me to be able to continue this rating. Not only was it without an attendant but the dryer we "tried" to use took $4.25 out of the $5.00 we had to put in it to use it to turn it on and then jammed and would no longer accept any money but kept the money we did put in. Trash, used dryer sheets, spills and even a dead cockroach were scattered about everywhere on the floor. All machines, washers & dryers are front loaders and I only noticed one or two with an "Out of Order" sign on them. Machines can be paid for with credit and debit cards or traditional quarters. POS system is very user friendly and worked perfectly. There is a quarter change machine however, if needed. Standard vending machines for soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets as well as ones for snacks and canned drinks. There is also and ATM and restroom available. Parking is ample and with front and rear entrances. FREE WiFi is available.
