Do not do business with this company. I have been trying to cancel my service for over 5 months…read morenow. The amount they were charging me for a 2-yard dumpster was the same price another company charged me for an 8-yard dumpster. I was willing to pay the cancellation fee without any issue, but the problem is my representative, Marcy, has continued going back and forth changing the price. We are still dealing with this months later, and it has become extremely frustrating. I simply want a final payment amount so I can pay what I owe and be done with the account, but instead they continue trying to sell me additional services. This has been a very poor experience and, in my opinion, bad business practices overall.
