The woman working the register wasn't friendly and I tried several times to get her attention because I didn't understand the setup but was ignored. Honestly, if I hadn't already been stuck in line, I would have left. Between the signage, pricing and lack of communication the whole thing felt a little sketchy for a first time customer.
