How this car wash receives five stars is beyond comprehension. Used it Friday, 2/6/26. The dryers never dried my car. it was soaked AND not rinsed very well. There were soap suds throughout the front grill, back bumper, and above the lower parts of all four doors. Tire shine? what a joke! The rims looked like the soap never even reached the tires. I spent an hour drying the car, cleaning the window, rims, getting soap off the car. I could have done a better job at home with a bucket of water and car wash soap, a garden hose, and my vacuum. It's a good thing towels, glass cleaner, and interior cleaner are provided. as a 72 yr old female, I expect not to have to wash and dry my SUV. ONE and DONE! Pooler location. read more

Don't do it. Stopped about 3 months ago and bought a single wash. Now i am getting a charge to my card monthly for $20. Difficult to get hold of anyone for an explanation. Had to contest the charges with my CC company. Apparently their system converts you to the monthly service without making it clear. Read ither reviews either the sane issue. Also many of their 5 star reviews are fake or done by someone associated with the company. Just look at the profile of the person posting. Will he reporting them to the BBB. read more

This place is awful. Car wash is constantly broke. The last time I went there was a film all over my car. Then you have to put a sticker on your windshield like it is 2001 for the membership. This place needs to improve and get modern or close down. It does not even deserve 1 star. read more

After driving down from NY the car was dirty. This was close by to where we were staying. As car washes go, it got the job done. But...they had free vacuums. I did not need that as the car was vacuumed out before we left NY. They also had free towels and glass cleaner and some other pink liquid. The towels came in handy to dry the car and clean the glass. I have them five stars because they self serve part was REALLY nice. The car wash fit its job getting the car clean and I was able to tidy everting up before we hit the road. We made one more stop to get gas at Murphys. See my review on that. If you don't have time to read my other review, skip Murphys. The pump was super slow and it took having to go inside to get a credit card to work. read more

This car wash doesn't follow any sort of operating hours or inform their customers of when it is going to be closed. I have a membership and honestly it's not worth it. This is my 8th time stopping by over the past 6 weeks where it's supposed to be open. I don't care if there's maintenance but at least update the Facebook or some sort of social media letting people know what's going on. For $40 a month, I'm not impressed. read more

Went Monday to get just a single car wash that is now $11.00 put my debit card in screen is very confusing entered single wash and I was charged $26.00 I got up with management he said nothing he can do about it so I asked for corporate # they said they can't issue a refund unless I send all my checking account info well that's not gona happen so they said they can send refund VIA MAIL but will take 4- 6 weeks well it took 2 seconds to take it out of my account this is wrong very wrong I will non longer go to this car wash and I m gona continue to file complaints until my refund is returned. read more

Let me start by saying it gets 1 stars only because it had cloths available for use. Since Dr. Suds has changed ownership and now is "Take 5 Car Wash" they get the "take five" from - take five dollars more for an inferior car wash. The machines have missed the side of my vehicle twice the last two times that I've gone through the car wash. The vacuums never seem to work. Save yourself hassle and headache and and in this current time of inflation and recession go somewhere else. The best thing that they can do for Rincon Georgia right now is shut down. read more

Hardly washed our car in the wash. In the vacuum area there is trash everywhere. Very few of the vacuums are even hooked up. Very disappointed with this wash. read more

Ive been to this car wash numerous amounts of times to only come back to it worse then the last. you have to come early in the morning to get the full wash they don't refill or even looks like they try to fix anything. I bought the membership and pay monthly just to not even get the full car detail I want. read more

So, they seldom have towels, vacuums aren't working, pressured air is always out, trash cans are usually full, and the car wash its self is poor. We chose this car wash because it was convenient in its location. What hasn't been convenient has been the number of times we've come to use our passes and it's been closed for "maintenance and/or mechanical issues". This last week alone it was 8 out of 10 times we drove over or passed. We haven't been impressed by how dirty the grounds always are and the fact that the vacuum hoses are usually broken, cracked or also not working. That takes convenience out of the picture. read more

They have to be under new management as of late, visited 8/14/21. Car wash quality was poor. Place is filthy no towels available outside. Got the 16.00 wash and should've given it to my grandkids to wash, they would've done a much better job. Sad, because I used to enjoy an occasional quality wash, not here.... read more

The line was long but moved very quickly. I originally thought they did everything then when I got in line, then I realized they wash the car then it was self service. I loved the fact it was we cleaned the way I wanted it since I did it myself but I didn't have to use my towels and bring out all my car stuff cause they provided it. I will definitely be back. This location in Pooler is frequently closed at random times for random issues. Its very frustrating when you make a special trip to get your car washed and it's closed. Also, half of the brushes are not working inside and has been that way for at least the last 8 months, but they surely updated the kiosks that take your money! read more

We really like the Paradise Bay Carwash - a local business. We generally require a good wash on our car since we have 2 big fur babies that shed a plenty and drool staining the car frame and windows as well as the seats behind. This car wash has proven most effective as well as quick! They also have an area with cleaning stations for the car with vaccums, unlimited cleaning rags and solutions. If you're anything like my hubby, who enjoys cleaning the interiors himself, you will really like this ! Each car has its own station with vacuum hoses on either side- the equipments are quite powerful, very well maintained and clean. This is a fairly new car wash and infact we were one of their customers on opening day and had a chance to speak to the owner who is a Pooler local. We have preferred the place since. Their price range is a bit on the high side but they do offer an economical option of unlimited washes. Overall highly recommended, especially for people with pets ! read more

This place is awesome. Conner and RJ went out of their way to help me. My car somehow locked on me while cleaning my windows, my keys, my dog, and my oxygen tank were in the car. I went in there and they called pop a lock for me, kept checking on my dog. And kept calling pop a lock trying to get them there. I really appreciate these young men, please give them a raise!! read more

Honestly one of the worst car washes in the Pooler area. Their machines are constantly down and they never do any maintenance on their equipment. Sometimes I feel like my car comes out more dirty than it went in either by their faulty machines spraying tire shine all over the windshield or not even cleaning the car at all. I canceled the membership 2 months ago and they're still charging my card. I've tried to call and left emails but no answer. I guess stealing money is their motto. I have since switched to Whistle Express near COSTCO. Major difference! Their machines are never down and the quality is always top notch compared to Take 5... I also see some familiar faces there that used to work at Take 5 but now work at Whistle Express, I guess even the employees know how bad Take 5 is. P.S. the one near COSTCO actually has tire shine!!! The only good thing about Take 5 is the employees I dealt with were nice, however management practices piss-poor laziness and it shows. read more

I really enjoyed this wash! All of the employees were super nice! My tires have never looked better...seriously. Vacuums are free to use after a wash & there are microfiber towels available to use at no charge. There is also exterior/interior spray available for the customers. Highly recommend!! read more

Poor Customer Service! The owner (Carter) is rude and inexperienced in customer service. Very aggressive in his approach. In his eyes "the owner" is always right. My tire was damaged from being trapped in the wash and he refused to acknowledge the error of HIS machine. He adamantly stated my complaint was "about the money" and not the poor service of his machine. Take your money and time to an establishment who values its customers. Consulting a lawyer tomorrow as suggested by Carter. read more
