Not a bad experience, just they shut down one of the entrances all the time and station a guy out there to try to upsell you on the club membership. Besides that, there are always bugs left over and streaks and super dirty wheels even if I get the Whole Lotta Luv. read more

I like taking my car here to get a car wash. There is always an attendant helping you at the drive up kiosk. The car wash is simple enough and I do like how there dryers dry my car. The only thing I did not like was that they closed all of the vacuum stations besides like five and I was disappointed that with so many vacuum stations they have, I was only allowed to use the first five as soon as you get out of the car wash. I do like how they have many vacuum options at one station. Out of the car washes I have been to in the area lately, this one is the best one so far. read more

DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES Today, I reviewed my billing statement and noticed that LUVs has been charging my card twice every time I use the car wash since May! . Additionally, it seems I'm being charged for a membership, as I'm consistently billed $22.99 plus an extra $17.00 each visit. This feels like a clear case of overcharging. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I'll have no choice but to consult a lawyer and investigate whether others are experiencing the same problem. read more

I will make this simple as possible: When this car wash changed to this name, I didn't have a problem. However, when I went 3 weeks ago, the trim was torn off of my car. I noticed it right when I parked to vacuum. (One vacuum holder wasn't even bolted to the post, but I digress.) I found an employee who took pictures and even tried to put it back on, but some of the snaps were damaged because of it. I let him know about the damage to my rear which was due to me getting hit by a school bus the year prior. And the cover of my license plate was also cracked, but it was not that big of a deal when it came to my trim being ripped off. Since there was no one there on Sunday, I had to wait. I was provided a piece of paper basically giving their procedures, but no reference number, nothing other than the general manager would contact me within a few days. I also was concerned that the receipt that I had didn't have my card number, but another card number that I didn't recognize. That wasn't properly addressed at the time. I met with the manager, Jaedon when I came in again. I wasn't feeling too well, and stopped by the carwash, even though a few minutes prior, my telehealth nurse advised me to go to the Emergency Room for a health condition to be further evaluated. I met with the Jaedon I believe and we went through the surveillance footage together. I gave him my receipt to narrow down the time. Well, when my car was coming out of the carwash, it was shown that my cover trim was dragging off of my vehicle. So I was given his card and number and that he would speak to his manager for further review and that they would get back to me in a few days. He even suggested that I would go and get the car repair estimate and not pay up front for that, just get an estimate. He even suggested that I would go to Premier Auto Detailing to get that pricing. Well since then, I have been in the ED twice, I was scheduled for surgery which had to be rescheduled, and found out recently, literally Monday, that I will have to have surgery to get a lump removed from my left breast. So I have been pretty busy with my own health issues as I had stated earlier. Plus, I am a single mom, disabled vet, and just trying to keep things together. Fast foward to today. I came by and of course, there is no one in the office. I contacted Jaeden, who said that he was at another location and he would have to contact his boss. I called yesterday and spoke with Jaeden's father who said that he would call me back because he was at the hospital. Then he cleared that up and said that he was in for a check up when I showed concern. I didn't get that phone call, and that is why I came today and then called him. He said that he would call me back within the hour. That did not come. Instead, I got a email that is the following: March 7, 2024 @ 3:51 pm "Good afternoon, After a careful investigation we have determined that LUV Car Wash is not responsible for the damage to your vehicle. Per our disclaimer before you enter the store and before you enter the tunnel, It states that we do not cover trim pieces of the vehicle. Thank you, Have a LUVly day! I also don't like my time being wasted. I waited for 3 weeks, watched the footage with him, sick and all only to be told an apparent policy that Jaeden should have been well aware of. I am glad that I didn't get an estimate because if that company would have charged me for it, without the Luv's admission of the damage, that would have cost me out of pocket expenses that I should not have to pay. And as I would have been dissatisified with the outcome if there is a policy, why wouldn't it been addressed for so long? Why have me jump through hoops? No one knows what another person is going through and there are a lot of us that are just trying to get back on track. There is no need to lie to a customer about this. I am more upset about being misinformed and my emotions played with. The last thing that I needed was that and I feel pretty disappointed and disrespected. So I left a message with Jaeden as well how I felt and did not expect a response back given how he handled this. I also spoke to headquarters about my cancellation and how two cards were being charged. One card kept repeatedly getting charged even though it was paid by my main account. So she verified that and removed both cards from being charged in the future. (Remember, no one could answer as to why I had a different card number on my receipt that I didn't have.) They are terrible at this car wash. They don't have the buckets and brushes so you can pre scrub you car f bugs. When you pull up and tell the guy working the entrance to the car was he didn't scrub after spraying the car with bug stuff. By the time you come out the other end the bugs are still there and baked on because of the dryer. When you go to the vacuum the spray is so watered down it does nothing . I travel with my own Mr eraser to work on the bugs and then the vacuums are so weak it barely gets up the sand /debris on the rugs. 2 thumbs down. New ownership sucks so I'll probably discontinue my monthly unlimited pass I have been paying for for the last three years! read more

This place used to do a really good job cleaning mine and my wifes car. They would wash the windows and vacuum the car out for 20 dollars plus tip. Now, all you get is a car wash for the same price and everything else is left up to you. If i wanted to detail my own car I would have done so for free at home. I used this location under its previous names several times, but after getting a new car that is required to be cleaned frequently for work, I decided to sign up for the membership shortly after the change to LUV. I got enticed by the $9.99/month intro rate for the first 3 months. Literally 5 days after I joined, I got notification that the monthly rates would be increasing over the amount I signed up for. What do I get that I didn't get before? Free air fresheners and I guess everything is pink now. They also said "improved chemicals" and I'm not sure what that means precisely, but there is no discernible change in the quality of the wash. An extra $60/year for air fresheners/awful branding is laughable. Just say cost of operations and inflation like everyone else instead of trying to tell me I'm getting more when obviously I'm not. Maybe it was bad timing, but paired with some other complaints below it just felt deceptive. Under the previous ownership you were provided an all purpose cleaner for your interior which is not provided with LUV. Also the spray bottles that are provided with the window cleaner are comically brittle and they break most times you use them. I assume most other people are having issues with this too, because when you walk from station to station trying to find a working one many others are already broken. Not to mention I'm really FEELING THE LUV with the bottles all being affectionately labeled "DO NOT STEAL." I'm sure that will deter anyone who wants to steal what is essentially a flimsy single use spray bottle. The Savannah and Richmond Hill locations have disgustingly filthy bug wash stations which make me want to puke, but at least they have them. The Pooler location does not, and good luck getting your car clean without some scrubbing before hand. None of the LUV tunnel washes do a very good job, but Pooler seems to do the worst out of all of their locations in the area. I always have to clean my rims by hand after leaving the wash, despite paying for a higher tiered membership specifically for the tire cleaning. Because of this I am going to back my membership down to the lowest tier of pricing because I don't see any difference between the different washes. When this was Savannah car wash in Richmond Hill, they used to have employees scrub down the most dirty spots as you entered the tunnel because as you, I, and the people who run LUV know, the tunnel isn't going to take off the bugs and sticky stuff no matter which wash you buy. They advertise the membership as "Unlimited Washes" which is deceptive marketing, as I found out when my car came out of the tunnel still dirty and covered in soap. I circled back to the entrance to find out that really means 1 wash per day. They did let me through for a "customer satisfaction wash" after help from an employee but I should be able to use my "unlimited" washes as I please if my car is still dirty. The LUV chain of car washes is sub-par, even by the incredibly low bar of tunnel car washes. Unfortunately there are no full service washes left in town, apart from very expensive detail services. The only value I'm getting out of my LUV membership is that they are conveniently located. One day my circumstances will change and I will be happy to cancel my membership once they do. If anyone at LUV reads this, you have a low Yelp rating for a reason and you deserve it. People come here for one reason, to get their car clean. Yet despite being a car wash, you manage to miss that mark. As with many membership/subscription based businesses, It's apparent that LUV is more interested in taking your money than providing a good service. read more

Why do you repeatedly close during normal business hours? Why am I only able to talk to a customer service agent who is only able to take a message when I call your number? Leaving a message doesn't help because no one bothers to call me back!!! I even sent an email to the address you provided.....nothing! When you decide to open, why are most of the vacuum spots closed? Why are your vacuum hoses falling apart and cleaning supplies empty and broken on EVERY VISIT? You bought almost every car wash within a 50 mile radius that reduced your competition to nearly nothing leaving most consumers with no options. To do what? Nothing. You're a piss poor company and you are literally SHOWING your customers that you do not care. Your car wash is horrible. You should do better, you can do better, and yet you choose not to. You have ton of people writing reviews about the same problems. This place needs to either shut down or redo the entire business from the to the employees. read more

They left mud on my running boards, after waiting a month to use my fast pass. I was still charged. Having attendants dry and vacuum my car was a plus. Now it's just a ho hum place. during the course of the wash, one of the brushes on the passenger side hit the vehicle so hard that the mirror was turned in to the vehicle. while drying the car, i noticed a large dent in the frame on the passenger side windshield. finally, after hunting down a manager (sort of speak) i showed him the damage. he took all the information to include pictures of the damage of the vehicle, my name and address etc. haven't heard from a sole from luv carwash yet. read more

While they did a good job with the car wash, not one person on the staff was wearing a mask. .... there is a pandemic going on! Having multiple (5 or 6) people in your car without a mask, is just not safe. I left here not feeling comfortable driving my car. I rode with the windows open for awhile and disinfected everything when I got home. Very disappointed. Not a fan of this place. The car wash stops with a car inside and im waiting with no way out. After a few minutes, it gets started again. Inside the brushes are too rough, pulling and pushing on my side mirrors. I dont know if that was by design or not. The dryers at the end were useless. I'm not sure why but these people did an extremely bad job cleaning my car. Maybe they do good work depending on who it is that's driving. Dirt and trash was still under the seats, windows were smudgy, cup holders weren't cleaned, gear shift area still dirty, dust left on the dash. I had a tip ready, but the way they treated my car.... I feel like if you're treating my car that way, that's ultimately how you're treating me, I take it personally. Manager apologized and said to bring it back. read more

I got my car cleaned inside and out and it still was full of dirt and had water spots all over my windshield and windows. I do not recommend this place to anyone with a new car who really wants it cleaned. The staff was on their personal phones the whole time and made their professionalism really bad. I thought it was just going to be me again--the disgruntled consumer making his way through the subpar service of businesses in Pooler, Georgia, writing yet another sad and negative review--until I saw the majority of bad reviews posted here. I would have to agree with pretty much everything written ... Here are the problems with this establishment in a nutshell: 1. The entire process takes entirely too long. From time in, until my car was done, it was a good 55 minutes. That includes the ten minutes it took to go back and have them clean my windshield and dashboard. I was planning on getting the "orbital wax" job at a later date, but that process could take an eternity. 2. As noted by some of the previous reviewers here, the intercom system is unintelligible to human ears. In other words, no one can understand what is being announced, or who is being called. The volume is up way too high and the voice is garbled. Shades of early Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru experiences ... 3. There is no rhyme or reason as to what is going on in the cleaning lanes. My car sat there for most of my time spent in the luxuriously appointed waiting area, without anyone attending to it. I asked one of the pretty counter girls three times what was going on and was informed it should be only 30 minutes. Now that I discovered they left the engine running the whole time, I'm even more upset. 4. Worker bees mess with your car's controls and equipment. This time, I turned off the radio as a test and low and behold, it was back on when I got in the car, no doubt so the cleaners could "groove to the music" or whatever the kids are calling it these days. Thank God my seat position was untouched. Hey: get "woke" and buy yourself an iPhone and keep your fingers off the old man's XM satellite setup. 5. A complete lack of quality control. Thank God I didn't tip anyone, since my dashboard wasn't completely dusted and the windshield was still dirty. I didn't notice until I got back home that the bird droppings that caused me to pay $29.95 for the "Super Dooper Deluxe Pooler Pray Your Car Gets Clean Special" were still evident on the passenger side fender. 6. The traffic flow and logistics are horrific. Usually, the adjoining road is clogged with traffic trying to get into this wash. Once you do, there's a tiny area where two lanes snake into one, make a dramatic left turn around some metal pipes, and then finally into the car wash. I'm surprised city planners signed off on this congested nightmare, but then again, you could look to the nearby Wal-Mart lot as the model. In summary, let me say that I don't expect my car to look like it just drove out of the dealer showroom when I get a car wash. But, for the $29.95 price paid, I do expect it to be reasonably clean and and a modicum of care taken. That's a fair chunk of change for anyone, and I should not have to "touch up" things once I get it home. If you can't find qualified staff who speaks the native language and don't want to pay them enough to care, then do as chef Gordon Ramsay often does on the reality TV show Kitchen Nightmares: throw down your towel in disgust, and "Shut it Down!" read more

Slow and sloppy. It shouldn't take 45+ minutes for a basic full service wash. The staff here moves slower than the iceberg that hit titanic. They don't seem to realize that people have places to go, and a car wash should not be a whole afternoon affair. During a recent visit, I had to get my car and leave halfway through the, vacuuming the inside because I was coming close to an hour waiting and had somewhere to be. In that time, the staff also failed to finish drying the car, so it was left looking spotty and still dirty in spots. Certainly not worth what they are charging. If you literally having nothing better to do with an hour plus of your time, get a car wash here. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere. read more

This particular location is HORRIBLE!!! I am a member of their monthly club and get my car washed frequently. A few weeks ago, as I was entering the car wash, I waited for the signal to put into neutral. I waited and the attendant turned the belt on. He yelled "did you put it in neutral"? And I replied no, but quickly did it. He screamed "you don't even know how to act at a goddamned car wash!" Seriously? That's how you speak to customers??! Today, as I went thru the car wash, one of the rags wrapped itself around my drivers side mirror and pulled it off. I texted the contact number and was told to come in and ask to speak to a manager. I did and after waiting and waiting, someone came in. I explained what happened and all he could say was that they had two signs stating that they weren't responsible for damage. Ummm, ok, but this wasn't anything negligible on my part. It was YOUR machine. Which, by the way, stopped itself since it had tangled around my mirror. Very sneaky people/ illegal charges. First they try to sell you on expensive services, without telling you what's available. "No, just give me the basic" I say. It's $20 and you vacuum your own car. Fine. Exactly a month later, they start charging my card for $30, as if I had agreed to a monthly subscription service. I have the monthly wash club and I believe I get my moneys worth. The vacuums, compressed air, microfiber cloths and window washing solution make this weekly task easy. The first time I went here, I didn't think the service was that good. Things have obviously changed. I have monthly memberships for both vehicles. Can use as many times as I wish. When the car is very dirty, I run it through twice. They always have clean towel to dry the car and detail it. They supply the glass cleaner as well. Also, free vacuums to use. The employees there are customer focused. When I was there the other day, one of the gentlemen brought me out a free air freshener for my car. There also and air hose for blowing the water out of the mirror compartments and around the door handles and trim seems. What more can I say? I love having a clean car and I love this Savanna Car Wash!! read more

Not a bad deal, but there's definitely room for improvement. They neglected my door wells, and somehow got my brake pedal wet, but I'm willing to give this place another try. The waiting area is really nice, but I advise waiting outside if its a nice day, because it is very hard to understand what they're saying over the intercom, as they announce when your car is finished. Avoid the car fresheners being sold inside; I managed to get duds. read more
