The service I received from James who turned up on a motorbike, was careless and left the bodywork on my car damaged. The long brush he uses, no doubt on every single car, is absolutely dirty and worn out. I even caught him on my CCTV picking it up, facing down on the ground, and scrubbing it on my car, likely with debris in the bristles from the ground. My car now has straight-line scratches all over the paint, exactly in the direction he scrubbed. He also used this same worn-out, dirty brush on my convertible hood. I also saw on my CCTV that he used the same rag, which had black dirt from my wheel trims, to dry my car, leaving swirl marks. The same contaminated rag was used to dry my convertible hood. He missed areas entirely including near my number plate, and dirt marks were left untouched. I now have to get my car machine polished because of his negligence. He's cheap for a reason; you get what you pay for, but in this case, you end up with damaged bodywork. Be careful., read more

For just £35, he cleaned my car inside and out, and even went the extra mile by doing the wheels too. The car looks spotless and smells fresh again.
