I left the car to be cleaned and came back after 30 minutes and was informed that the car had been washed and was ready. When I inspected the car, I found that the boot had not been vacuumed. Neither the manager nor the staff told me that they were 'unable to open' the boot, hence they didn't vacuum it. If I didn't inspect my car and just drove off, I would have been none the wiser! Also, I found that the overall exterior cleaning was not done properly (i.e. still dirty when you slide your finger across a section of the car) and that none of the tyres were given the 'tyre shine'. Overall, it was a slapdash work and would suggest to look elsewhere for a car wash.

Was very welcomed to an open field which gave the car wash a cosy, festive feel. Petrol was dashed over my car and a man set it alight with me in it before running off. I love a quick and easy service such as this one. Car looks good as new now. Thank you very much for a great service. My Fiat Panda more like a Ferrari hahaha (told that one to big Derek at the pub today he loved it.) They use hot snow foam on your car and take good care not to scratch it. On bikes they pay attention to each bike and are careful what they do. In my case they didn't use snow foam as they were concerned about some of the metal finish, but the end result was that after being caught out in the rain the day before, my bike that was covered in muck left looking as clean as the day it left the showroom! I will be using them again and again for my bike, and they are conveniently located next to the ace cafe so you can even grab a bite to eat while you wait :)

Initially, the board advertised a car wash for £36, but the owner pressured me into upgrading to a "mini valet" for £65, claiming it was far superior. I had settled for a £25 exterior clean only. He then offered a "discount" (£50 instead of £65), which I agreed to. However, the service was not completed properly, the back seats undone and rubbish were left untouched. When I politely asked for these areas to be vacuumed, the manager became aggressive, raised his voice, and told me I "got what I paid for" (even though I was promised a £65-level clean). He then refused to finish the job, said he "lost money because of me," and even took my car key out of the ignition which distressed my 9 year old daughter, which seemed very unnecessary and overboard. After I paid he continued arguing. The way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional--no customer should be belittled or have their property withheld. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager escalated the situation, making it clear he didn't value my business. Avoid this place if you expect honesty, integrity, decent service, or basic respect. There are plenty of other car washes that won't mislead, cut corners, or treat customers this poorly.

When I'm round here this is where I get my car seen to. The wash on small cars is inside and…read moreoutside and costs about £12. It's not comprehensive but these boys are ultra quick and efficient. It's not too busy, especially not before 3pm and you just drive though. It's all done by real live people and is so much more interesting to watch than the machine washes. You can get a more thorough job which costs £75, again for small cars, and in that case you get the full works, waxing, shampooing etc... It takes about 3 hours or so and again it's not crazy busy early in the day so just go along whenever.

He has a diesel car and he thought he was using a diesel pump only for his car to break down and then he found out that he had actually put Petrol in his tank. The display on the pump said Diesel and Morrisons admitted that it was the wrong sticker. Morrisons in Peckham are refusing to refund his money. This has caused a lot of hassle as the tank ad to be cleaned. even though Morrison has admitted that they displayed the wrong sticker on the pump they are refusing to right there wrong. WARNING MAKE SURE THAT YOU DOUBLE CHECK Morrison's Peckham pumps because they will not right there wrongs.
