Either way. It has clean restrooms, loads of clean tables for folding your clothes. Staff is actually here on site and friendly! The machines handle a wide variety of weights, not by loads like most do. Lots of great lighting, temperature inside is so comfortable! I'm always burning up at most because they don't use their AC. Wish they were everywhere! I'd drive extra miles to use them. This Cali and Nevada gal is impressed beyond measure!

Everyone who was there was so kind and friendly. We chatted with one of the employees, John, and he was so nice, and helpful. The equipment is clean and works well. I used one of the giant dryers and was able to dry 4 loads in one machine. There were plenty of buggies to use for transferring laundry and many tables for folding.

No one works here, there's very minimal instructions, and their technology is shoddy. I spent 30 minutes going back and fourth between the washer, the app, and their kiosk and none of it was working. I was chatting with support and it was taking 3-4 minutes per response on their end and none of it was helpful. The app didn't work, the QR codes didn't work, and the kiosk wasn't working. After many tries, the kiosk decided to be useful. This was my first visit to a laundromat as I just needed to clean our quilt, so I didn't know to bring my own soap. I think it's a little weird they don't have individual pods for sale, but maybe that's normal. Oh! The prices here are outrageous! To get a quicker, bigger machine to wash one quilt, it asked for $16!! Needless to say, I opted for a slower and smaller one for $3.50. You also can't pay for washing and drying together so I had to go back to the dreaded kiosk. The only redeeming quality is that their neighbors are a puppy and kitten adoption center so I went and distressed there. One more thing, good luck getting one of their three (3) parking spots.

Also, and this impressed me - the bathroom is actually nice. I think what I love most about this place though are the change machines. If you bring bills, you can get change. For any of you who have had to go a'begging for quarters at stores, you know how awesome this is. There are also like 3 change machines, so if one doesn't work, there is a backup. There is plenty of seating, at least one table indoors and others outdoors, and lots of carts to put clothes into. There are even surfaces for folding clothes. There are front loaders and side loaders, dryers, all of that. The prices are reasonable and my clothes come out clean. I take my clothes home wet and air dry them all. I am in and out of the laundromat in less than 30 minutes. Oddly, I think there are a couple of tanning rooms as well. The rooms are named - one is like "Bahamas". There are vending machines for soda and snacks, but not always stocked. I believe there is a vending machine with laundry detergent too. I recommend this place! It's the next best thing to having your own washer!
