While there Dr Favis injected her with a heavy narcotic so she could perform unauthorized testing on the cat. The drug damaged my cat's kidneys. Favis offered to sell me prescriptive cat food that could lengthen my cats life! This was a perfectly healthy cat! She came home heavily traumatized, vomiting, severely dehydrated. Coincidently Favis has a vested interest in selling catfood. ​​ It's been 2 weeks since the visit. Cat only eats Temptations & HydraCare. Took this long to get her purr back. Dont let Favis anywhere near your cat. I sincerely believe she's a cat hater.

The training they offered was rewarding and informative. They worked with us individually to ensure we were both comfortable handling such a powerful and intelligent boy. Knowing we had another Malinois waiting for us at home, both Irene and our trainer worked with us on how to slowly introduce them to each other in the home to ensure they respected each other. We followed their suggested slow pace and specific instructions to a tee and they are the very best of friends now! Hank is an absolutely wonderful dog and We adore him. Franklin's arrogance led to the euthanasia of my horse, because he would not listen to us. He accused us of not feeding the horse, not caring for him, and not knowing how to handle him. Franklin said it was a training issue. So, we went ahead and followed his advice, giving a high protein concentrate food, even though the horse had high liver enzymes. Not only a mistake, but we wasted precious time. When the horse went completely nuts, we called in another vet, who immediately knew -- just by looking-- that the horse had EPM. Sure, we might have had to euthanize the horse anyway, but this snotty man refused to listen. He treated us like we were newbies to horses. Never mind I've been riding since I was three. This event did occur several years ago, but it looks like these folks haven't changed, so I put in my two cents.

We started using Cloudcroft Animal Hospital and have been pretty happy with the service. They have taken care of our main dog, last year we fostered a new dog and they helped him with a problem. Recently we acquired a poodle, and now have to get him 'admitted as a new patient'. And now the foster dog is coming back, so I expect we'll be taking him in within a couple of weeks. They were very prompt helping us get our first dog's heart worm pills through a mail-order business in order to get our preferred brand, and have been good overall. No complaints. Fortunately we haven't required any emergency services.
