Well, it's been a little less than one year and today's rains (April 4, 2026) revealed that either the flu cap or the flu cover has failed since it is raining into my firebox, down through the clean-out and into my basement. Manager came out and immediately said there was a one year warranty on their work, but they would do a courtesy repair and repair two panels. When the workers came out they informed me that if they did the repair, the repaired pieces would be darker than the other12 panels. I asked the company why wouldn't they repair the other four panels and they said they were doing me a courtesy and would only repair two panels. Is this the type of business you would want to work with. You spend $22,000 on home improvement and 1 1/2 years later, that improvement depreciates your property value. Than they won't fix obvious flaws in the work they did. I wonder what other people think and actual masonry professionals. Other seniors watch out for this company because they do poor work and their customer service is terrible.

They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain. I had higher and lower quotes but the above items were only checked by Concrete Pros! Working with Chris and Jesus was amazing! Both guys came onsite spoke to me and listened to everything I wanted and added their own ideas to, when we made our decision to go with them they came back out and finalized spray painting the areas to show the size. Chris was the main point of contact he answered all my text messages in amazing time never did I have to wait hours or days for a response. Jesus was the mastermind on the job site paying great attention to detail to everything he did and making sure I was 100% satisfied through and through! Once we agreed on price and layout I wasn't in a rush and whenever they could get me in then it was fine. After signing off on the contract and the deposit Chris was able to submit the permit and within 2 weeks I was scheduled. The dates and times were awesome they were on time and completed my job within 3 days. Their crew was hardworking individuals that never stopped! There was no trash left behind and made sure our yard was as clean as possible, they laid boards down for their trucks to go on the grass also, no matter what the grass has turned yellow because of the extreme heat and lack of sprinklers because of the cement install which was expected.
