The only difference here in this Laundry place is that you don't use tokens nor even quarters to do your laundry, but rather you will have a card that you will exchange your money with and just insert the card to the machine and it will automatically deduct from your card with the said amount on the washer. Washer is 30 min. and drying is 13 min. for $0.25. The person that is attending this place is really nice, and helpful as well. He made sure that I knew how to work the machines, and the card, and at the same time he made it a sure fact that if I needed any additional help just to ring the bell to attend the need that I need help with. I will surly come back to this place. Its safe, clean, washer and dryers are very well maintain and service was wonderful. Again, like I may have mentioned, its cheap, and very different. Cost of card is $0.90 cents due to the fact its reusable and with that being said it also provides you points every time you wash, and once you have accumulated the said amount of points you get a gift card or a free wash.

The attendant on duty is always helpful and will let me use the restroom if I ask. This place gets busy on the weekends and parking can be a challenge, so try to come during the week if possible. They also offer free wifi, have snack and soap vending machines, and occasionally have free coffee and doughnuts for customers. Nice touch.

Dear Management, I…read moream writing to express my strong concerns regarding the current state of your laundromat facility. As a regular paying customer spending nearly $100 a week here, I have noticed a significant decline in both the conditions and maintenance of the laundromat: - Safety and Usage Issues: The Unhoused have taken over the space, using the sink for personal hygiene, occupying seating, and using outlets to charge devices. Rules are not being enforced, making paying customers feel uncomfortable. - Equipment Maintenance: The washing machines do not provide hot water despite the higher prices, and the dryers are ineffective, often requiring 4 to 5 cycles to dry a single load of laundry. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly by ensuring someone is on-site during shifts to enforce rules and by performing necessary maintenance on the machines. I hope to see these improvements soon so I can continue bringing my business to your location

The place could use a little care a few older machines are out, and it's got that usual worn-down laundromat vibe. The area's a little rough (it's Wilmington), but what I really like is that it's not crowded. Hardly anyone here, which is a big plus no fighting over machines or watching people take up four baskets just to do one small load. It's quiet, simple, and gets the job done without the chaos.

There is a noticeable black residue lining the rubber gaskets of each machine, which is highly unhygienic. Customers should not have to pay to wash their laundry in such poorly maintained equipment. I recommend thoroughly inspecting any machine before use. I ultimately used a smaller machine out of necessity, though its cleanliness was equally questionable. I will not return to this establishment, and I intend to report these conditions to the local health and sanitation department.

I was surprised to see all the 1 star reviews until I saw that most were from people that were complaining about the older lady that in all honesty was not the best face for the family-owned shop. I'm sure she was doing her best for the sake of the family, but she probably de did more harm than good (just look at all the reviews). Truth is there are tons of loyal locals that get Good Service from these guys and they are hard workers. They press and clean the clothing at fair prices, and 95% of the time, I am satisfied with what I am given. Sometimes I will ask for an expedited turnaround on the clothes and they are willing to accomodate it due to my consistent patronage. Can't give em 5 stars because they did a clothing mixup once.
