I'm never coming here again!!!! 3 dryers didn't dry my clothes I put 4 quarters in all my dryers I had 7 dryers and 3 did not dry my clothes!!!! What made me more upset was I told the attendant and he said he could only give me 2 quarters!!!!! That's crazy this laundromat basically robbed me my kids clothes were still wet now I have to go to another laundromat in the morning to dry my children's clothes!!!!! I am there right now doing a very small but very dirty load. I am using one of the less expensive top loading washers, #39. It as well as several of the others have the labels worn off of some of the temperature settings buttons. But I found intact labels on other similar machines, and managed to set mine for normal warm. However, after it had already started with my money in it, it switched back to perm press warm. I infirmed the only employee here, but all he could do was to shrug his shoulders. He didn't even offer to report the issue or to put a sign on that washer, let alone refund any of my money. Hopefully the perm press cycle will still privide enough washing, but this shouldn't be my problem. I've had good experiences here the other 2 times I came, but this is not ok. BTW, they also locked the doors I normally use and again parked by due to the cold wind, but they could have had them closed and not locked. I had to walk around to the side read more

My dad always washes every Thursday in the afternoon at 12:50 pm and every Friday to wash again early at 5 am to wash clothes and blankets. The worker's name is Isiah He is so kind, friendly, smiling, respectful and very helpful he gave my dad three laundry carts and he always helps my dad with folding the clothes and blanket.. Worker doesn't speak a work of English. Extremely rude, unprofessional, cursed me and my wife out in Spanish calling us both dirty rats to someone else who was washing clothes. Not knowing we both understood Spanish. This was all after we told him the washer wasn't working he was mad because he had to get off of his phone watching videos and eating chips hiding in a room. This is an Honest Review! I went to this place to do a small load of laundry. I have never been there before. This place was clean. There was a Mexican guy employee that helped me pick out the right machine for my load ( I Wish I would Have Gotten His Name). The Mexican guy was really friendly and helpful. This guy was so busy running around helping customers. My small load cost $2.25 per load and the dryer load was $0.25 per load. The larger machines said it was $7.00 to $10.00 per load. I thought that was a bit overpriced but I don't have a lot of experience with laundromats. While my clothes were washing, I walked around inside the place and checked out the other machines and folding tables. I had a pleasant experience doing my laundry here. I will be returning here again in the near future. read more

if I could give this place a negative of you I would. The guy who works there needs to be fired. I had one load at about 17 loads. That didn't work right spit detergent all of my clothes after 30 minutes of washing. So I requested my money back because I had to run the load again. I was in a rush after finding this out because it's my last load. So I had put it into another washer before telling a guy. No sign saying please inform the tenant first. The guy who was there long story short told me he refused me my money back because I didn't show him my messed up load. Does not know any English. Only flirts with a bunch of Hispanic ladies. Threatens people. And then changes his story to he couldn't give me my money back because he's not the owner. Very large laundromat newly remodeled with all new high end machines at a reasonable price. Very clean facility and the night attendant Antonio is super nice and helpful. Love their new hours 5am-1:30am. Last wash is 11:30 which I think should be 12am.... I've done laundry at places in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo, Torrance, Lomita and more. I consider this laundromat the Best out of all I've been too!!! read more

I'm really upset with this place. The washing machine doesn't tell you how much money you've put in the wash, and I put 2 dollars over the amount I was supposed to put in because I thought it wasn't working. When I spoke to the worker he told me couldn't do anything about it because the owner wasn't here. When I asked when is he coming he said, "I don't know, he's at home." So I asked for a phone number to call, he didn't give it to me and asked me to fill out a paper. How do I know he wouldn't throw away my paper after I filled it out. Customer service is a big part of any business and can make it or break it. The owner needs to get new staff or get out of the house. read more

Clean facility. I prefer coming here for doing bulky loads for blankets etc. It's also located in a nice plaza with places to eat or shop around while you wait. Parking is easy to find here. Even when it's busy I usually don't have a problem grabbing a machine or two to use. read more

Horrible place! I am forced to add a least 1 star, to submit the review,so the star is incorrect! I spend over $45 to wash, I set 10 DRYERS to start, 2 of them had over 13 denim jeans, I used restroom, returned and all denim was STOLLEN. I was trying to go along with a benefit of doubt, maybe it was an accident that someone took my denim, it cost $$,,, I asked to speak to manager to view cameras, the man in charge didn't know how to handle an incident report, acted defensive, I asked to managers ph#, he refused and had conflicting responses, my washer broke and that is why I went., he said this happened to a lot of people, maybe bums walked and took it. I went online to file a crime report since they have video cameras, also I made a note of all washers n DRYERS I used., this place has roaches all over, no soap inside restroom to wash hands, no seat covers,no phone # displayed to contact for emergency or concerns! The ph# 310 320 6630 is disconnected, I returned to ask the evening attendant to give me ph# he was worse, saying nothing can be done trying to persuade me to let it go. Now they are suspicious too. Since the people washing were telling this is often common in there, I hope I can make some changes for others. If the Sheriffs office has a place for my report, then so does the BBB. read more
