They were gracious & expressed gratitude for how TOS Academy had changed their lives & given them hope & purpose. They drove two hours to our new home & unloaded everything quickly & efficiently. We were very impressed with Wasatch Movers from beginning our search for a moving firm, to the…read moreestimates, to the follow up by both the Operations Manager and Crystal, our contact, prior to the move and most especially to the professional three-man crew sent to move our 4 bedroom, two story house contents from North Salt Lake to Layton. Immediately I preferred my voice mails, text, e mails and best of all phone conversations with Crystal as she was not calling from a busy call center. Wasatch does not charge a separate several hundred dollar fee to drive to your location and back to their location. They merely start the clock when the crew leaves their place of business at the same hourly rate for a two, three or four man crew and truck. They also do not charge 18% of the total bill as an extra "Fuel Charge." This fee was well hidden in the fine print for most of their competitors. My total bill was more than $100 LESS than the low side of the estimate scale per the mover websites. None of our belongings were damaged and my son who is an experienced employee supervisor was very impressed with their quick and efficient work. Highly recommend these movers.
