I can't say enough wonderful things about the Warwick Valley Bed & Breakfast. Loretta is the consummate hostess - she is welcoming and gives you the best service. What a beautiful little, homey b&b. We booked a long holiday weekend for me, my daughter and her now husband for their wedding weekend, which took place close-by. Loretta, who runs the place, was an amazing and a gracious host. Every day a freshly cooked-to-order breakfast with produce from local farmers. The essence of farm-to-table at its best! The house itself was beautiful and included so many nice antiques. The rooms were specious, clean and so quite. I am sorry I didn't take any pictures, we all had brain-fog with wedding before and after, but the website is true to reality. I am personally not one to select the traditional "Bed and Breakfast" as a lodging choice. Needing to stay somewhere close to the local hospital in Warwick (to tend to the needs of a family member) Warwick Valley Bed & Breakfast was recommended as a place to try. The referral turned out to be more than just good advice, it was a blessing. If you are in the area and you have the opportunity, definitely consider making this your destination. While the home, and the property alone make this a great place to stay... The host, Loretta, is truly the reason why you will want to stay and then return. Loretta maintains the rooms with the highest level of cleanliness (be assured that I do not dispense a comment like this easily) and all your needs are carefully considered during your stay. So, the property is beautiful, the host is an incredible individual, and then there are the meals at breakfast. Do not make plans to eat breakfast anywhere else during your stay as you will miss out on an unforgettable experience. The breakfast options are healthy and most certainly the product of exceptional culinary skills. (Self evident as soon as your plate hits the table) Cannot give 6 stars so we will have to settle for just the 5 allowed by Yelp. The owner, Loretta, welcomed us with open arms when we arrived after an afternoon of tubing at Mount Peter. House slippers or socks only inside. The room was comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. A space heater + warm comforter kept us toasty at night. Breakfast was great, we had a choice of eggs along with pancakes, bacon and a side of fruit. Coffee, OJ, water & tea was available. My husband and I went here for a little getaway for my birthday and it was above expectations! It was so clean and we felt very safe and comfortable during the pandemic. Traveled up to Warwick for a weekend getaway from the city and stayed here. It was a lovely, cozy place. Loretta, the hostess/owner, is warm and friendly. We were also lucky to be blessed by the first snowfall of the year. If you're looking for a good place to curl up by the fire, sip a cup of tea and read a novel, this is the spot to do it. As a tip, we also enjoyed hot chocolate at Yesterday's (the Irish pub) and dinner at Grappa. If we had more time, maybe we would've tried tubing at Mount Peter. read more

My partner and I had a fantastic mini-moon stay at Warwick Valley B&B, after a mini covid marriage ceremony in late fall, 2020. It's such a beautiful, charming, impeccably clean home, set in the most convenient location - a short stroll to town, a short drive to wineries and breweries and hiking. My wife and I spent 2 nights at the WV B&B, the house is warm and inviting, the room was simple, clean and well kept. There is a parlor with fireplace(gas) easy to operate, nice to relax. I'm an independent, do-it-yourself girl, so at first it was hard to let Loretta be such an amazing host and take the reigns. I'm sure glad I did! My partner and I stayed in the Ashley Room and it had gorgeous natural light, great water pressure in the bathroom, and - most importantly - a very comfortable bed! We could have slept in forever but we simply had to make it down in time for Loretta's fantastic breakfast! She made apple, bacon, and cheddar omelettes and oat-and-tapicoa-flour pancakes. Delicious! The location is easily in walking distance of the downtown area, which is great because parking can be tricky in that area. Loretta goes the extra mile to make her guests feel at home but never makes it awkward or forced. We even got a chance to hang with her when she had her adorable baby grandson - definitely a charmer. It is not often that I leave home without my family, but I came to Warwick, New York, alone, for a three-day seminar. I had no idea what to expect. Warwick is a fantastic town. Bustling, while remaining quaint. Tons to see, do and eat. Loretta and everyone at Warwick Valley B & B made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The Inn is charming, cozy, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. My room was comfortable, private and I slept like a baby. My partner and I were finishing up a week-long hike on the Appalachian Trail, and got a business card for the Warwick Valley B&B at the ranger's station in Wawayanda State Park. The owner, Loretta, came and picked us up from the park, and when we arrived she fixed us up a little snack of cured salamis, cheese, and pickles, along with some sorely-needed beer. It was suuuch a nice welcome after a week of roughing it. The B&B is just a couple easily-walked blocks from downtown Warwick and tons of dining options, plus a drug store and laundromat and any sundries you might need. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, healthy, and fresh (we can account for the local organic eggs, since she picked them up just after picking us up!), and overall the B&B was well-appointed and comfortable. My boyfriend and I decided to stay here as there apparently aren't any nearby hotels or motels and we were visiting relatives in Warwick for Thanksgiving. It was the first time I had ever stayed at a bed and breakfast and it was great! The place was clean and well-furnished. Our room was huge, much bigger than what we'd get if we had stayed at a hotel and we got our own private bathroom, which was also very large. The owner was really friendly and accommodating and, best of all, she's an awesome cook. Breakfast was really lavish, especially on Thanksgiving morning. Eggs to order, bacon, assorted side dishes, etc. My boyfriend said it was the only time he'd ordered eggs sunny side up and got them perfectly to his liking. As a bonus, I gashed my knee while hiking and the bed and breakfast is also conveniently located right across the street from the hospital. read more

This was the MOST HORRIBLE experience ever and im still shaking from what happened. my husband and I were planing to stay here for 7 days. first night the owner put us in a nice room and everything was good, next day she came and said we have to move you to another room for the night after and to a third room for the nights after that we were ok by that , but then she put us in a covered shed that was outside of the house , with a strap of windows 360 degree, NO PRIVACY, NO AC , SHARED BATHROOM and it was so hot outside! my husband told the owner that we have no privacy and the room was very exposed. that was all what he said to her. but then she came to our room and start saying that we were rude to complain ! my husband said we just said there is no privacy and that our opinion. She start screaming and cursing in a HYSTERICAL way ! saying " F**** off " and " so what if you did not have S** with your wife tonight " and " i had to change a lot to give you a room" !!!! She was talking as though we were staying for free! Very rude my husband told me to pack my stuff and not say anything to her, i said Thanks for being classy just to make her stop talking but she kept cursing like a crazy person ! I posted a review for her on FB her friends gathered and started calling me names and the she is saying she will sue us for writing a review! I DO NOT recommend this place and Crazy, Low Class owner. read more
