Then they came out and demanded they have access to the inside of all the apartments in order to remove the screens. I was not going to allow a stranger to come inside my tenants hole. TheThey only cleaned less than half the windows. I came to the units and was able to remove the screens from the outside in five minutes. I asked them repeatedly to come back and finish the job. Six weeks later they still have not completed the job. The owner was rude and has no sense of customer service. No refund and still have dirty windows. Completely lame land lame!!!!! Leroy sent me a message requesting to come out next day to our new home. When Leroy arrived, he was accompanied by Jeremy. While Leroy spoke with me about our journey to this new home, Jeremy took pictures and measurements of the inside. Afterwards, they both went out to their truck and about 20 minutes later returned with an estimate.
