She was efficient and personable; she had a pleasant phone manner each time I spoke with her (many people end up sounding distracted and un-invested on the phone). She was very clear and honest about expectations and what to expect. She answered every question I had throughout my very long case without resentment and without treating me like my questions were stupid. I value the advice that she provided, the time she invested in me and my case, and the results that she achieved on my behalf. Anyone who hires Kathleen, or Heath Law, and listens to the advice given, will come out a clear winner. I absolutely recommend Heath Law in Nanaimo for service, quality, and great value. I feel well-served by my investment in hiring Kathleen and Heath Law as my lawyers.
