If I could give less than one star... I would!…read more Absolutely awful to rent through. I think there is only one staff member there with good customer service. "Manager" is very rude & abrupt. All of mine and my house mates issues with our flat were never properly addressed. Flat should of had a good clean before us moving in but instead there was some sort of cooking sauce on the CEILING?! cobwebs and dust everywhere - carpet clearly hadn't been hoovered and there was mould on every outside wall (which we eventually got the blame for in an arsey email from them explaining how to deal with mould). This was our first time renting away from home and it has well and truly ruined our experience. There was also a time nearing the end of our tenancy when they gave some company our flat keys and did not give us any notice?? He just walked in! Totally illegal and again - no explanation and the issue was not properly addressed. Word of warning - just don't.

The 'moving in' process was great & they kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Since we've moved in they've been great & any problems (not many just niggly things) have been sorted straight away. All of the staff are really nice & helpful. They have a great knowledge of the local area which is just what you want especially when you move somewhere new.
