We use Entwistle Green as our letting agents. Three months in and they have not done ANYTHING right. First month's rent was 3 weeks late (tennants paid on time), second month is 3 1/2 weeks late so far. This is apparently because they have paid the rent to another landlord!I have no idea how they figured that their decision to overpay another person should mean they don't pay us untill they can convince the other landlord to pay them back. Avoid at all costs. Seriously, they're just not worth dealing with. read more
