Matthew was absolutely amazing. Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are for…read moreeverything he did to help us find our dream home. As first gen homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and wanted to make sure we worked with someone who truly had our best interests. From day one, Matthew exceeded every expectation. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and he never once made us feel rushed into choosing a home or submitting an offer we were not completely comfortable with. Whenever we sent him a list of homes we wanted to see, he was quick to schedule appointments and often put together routes of open houses for us to visit. My husband and I both work during the week, so our schedules were limited, but Matthew was incredibly accommodating. He consistently made time for us on weekends and even holidays so we could continue our home search. Throughout the entire process, Matthew was honest, communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Toward the end of our search thanks to him we had two offers accepted in the same weekend and were able to choose the home that was the best fit for our family. We truly believe we would not be in our current home without Matthew. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he was able to secure more than $20,000 in closing credits for us. We have already recommended Matthew to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to his clients. We could not be happier with our experience and wish him nothing but continued success. Any client would be lucky to have him as their realtor.

So choosing a realtor, we definitely want someone that is experienced, communicate very clearly and directly - someone that we can count on being the voice of reason while understanding our needs and letting us know what we need to know when we need to know it. That's why we chose Jennifer. And that was exactly what she delivered. We started working officially with Jennifer in 2021 And finally moved into our dream home in the beginning of February 2024. Jennifer was there every step of the way - Giving us the attention and the space appropriately through the whole process. First she helped us narrow our search by avoiding potential hazards like bad school districts and septic tanks (2 things that honestly didn't occur to us). Every time a new contender hit the market, Diane was right there making sure were were aware of it and ready to move fast to beat the competition. Once we found our dream home, she knew exactly what to do to secure it. We were up against an all cash offer but we learned that Diane knows exactly how to fight to get her client what they want and she did just that. We were given expert advise on just how much we should ask for and where to back off during negotiations. Never once were we blindsided by anything unexpected and in the end we felt a great sense peace knowing that we had someone protecting us who has the experience that we didn't. I would recommend Diane to anyone looking for a straight shooter that will go up to bat for you and knows all the ins and out. The only sad part is that we love our home so much we may never have the chance to work together again, but if that day comes, i know who we will be calling :)

And sure as heck we didn't worry at all. That sense of reassurance was always there. Even when we hit some stumbling blocks he ALWAYS made sure that everything will go well and as planned. Thinking about where we are and closing our home, I can't help to think of how fast everything went. We have gone with other realtors and our offers were never accepted until our FIRST offer with Simon. The owner accepted our offer within a couple of days. Simon thank you so much for always being there for us throughout this AMAZING journey. Thank you for always answering our text messages and calls even late at night. From day 1 you were transparent letting us know each detail of the forms we are signing and what they mean up until today. I don't know anyone else who would do that for us. Thank you again Simon!

Dear Frank, WOW! You…read morebrought us a full-price offer for our home on the very first day it was on the market! We've been pinching ourselves ever since! Jennifer and I want to express our most sincere gratitude and appreciation for your professionalism, efficiency, and strong communication in selling our home. You brought a wealth of experience and keen professional insight to the process and it showed in everything you did. You really set the tone for our partnership in our initial meeting. You listened to us to understand our needs, concerns, and priorities, and you kept those issues squarely in your crosshairs throughout the process. I knew Jennifer had contacted the right agent when you told us this was the third time you had sold this same home! At that initial meeting, you brought the original brochure used to market the neighborhood when it was originally developed in 1955. You knew the history of the neighborhood, all of the various floor plans, the current real estate trends and issues affecting the market, and you immediately put us at ease with your calm, professional demeanor and genuine, sincere approach to the entire process. You also came to that initial meeting with a comprehensive report on comparable properties in the neighborhood and it was immediately apparent you'd done your homework. However, knowledge and expertise are only valuable when they translate to results. Thanks to your proactive approach, we had a full-price offer from a highly qualified buyer on Day 1...before our home ever hit the MLS! By the time there was actually a "FOR SALE" sign in our yard days later, it already had a "SOLD" sign on top of it. We would strongly encourage anyone who is considering either buying or selling a home in the La Mirada area to contact you first. Your knowledge, reputation, and expertise in buying and selling local real estate are exceptional and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall process or the results you achieved.
