The owner was very personable and treated us as if we were his only customers despite having multiple families hunting for their perfect tree. I was on crutches due to surgery and he provided personalized "UBER" services with his Gator so I could participate with my family. Had a large campfire to sit around, small cabin filled with a large selection of homemade holiday decorations. Will definitely be a regular place for us to continue our family tradition! Just use caution crossing the street that divides the farm.

He gave us an enthusiastic yes. After he was done with his field work he came over to us and we all introduced ourselves and thanked him again. He told us all about the ecosystem of the pond. Mr. Fidler's knowledge of nursery, gardening, farming, fishing and all the different ecosystems really rang true that day and we definitely learned a few things. I never knew Mr. Fidler sold Christmas trees in the winter and also different trees, flowers, plants, etc. I now know where I'm going to buy my next apple tree. Mr. Fidler's kindness and generosity is unmatched by any of his competitors. Next winter during the Christmas season, my friends and I will definitely pay him a visit, not to fish, but to get a Fidler Christmas tree! Thanks again Mr. Fidler!

The staff is friendly and helpful, there to answer your questions and help once you pick your tree. The trees are fully, good quality and reasonably prices. They usually carry your tree to the front where it's trimmed and wrapped then secured on your car. I did go on a Sunday so it was busy, but not overly crowded. I would definitely recommend if you're looking to purchase a live tree.

The entire family and everyone that works there are so pleasant, friendly, and work very hard to make your holiday amazing. Every year we drive past 3 or 4 different tree farms to visit Chery Grove. And every year Brian greets us with a smile, asks how we've been, fills us in on the trees and we're off to find this seasons tree. When we arrived we were amazed, the staff was excellent and knowledgeable they had free Saws/Wagons for us and even Hot Chocolate for the kids. Well upon walking to the hills we started noticing all the trees look like Charlie Brown Christmas trees, they were either missing the top or bottom. Most trees were short and the ones that did have height had missing limbs. We couldn't find one tree that was suitable, especially for the price of $60 or $70. It just wasnt worth the gas money/drive. What we did end up doing was getting one of their trees from North Carolina ($65), now those trees were Awesome, and they smelled like Christmas. If they wouldn't have had those trees I would've given them 1 star. Also we witnessed other people getting the North Carolina trees rather than Feezer's trees. Bring Cash or Check they do Not except Plastic. Nice Staff and scenery for photographs, but just NO good trees to cut down.

From the moment I arrived, it was obvious this place takes pride in its space -- the property is beautifully manicured, and everything is well laid out and easy to navigate. But let's talk about the real star of the show: The Conservatory. This is where Hueter's completely won me over. The Conservatory isn't just a greenhouse -- it's an experience. A fully curated, thoughtfully designed, houseplant-lover's dream. The plant pots aren't just stacked on shelves...they're displayed on color-coordinated tables like a home décor showroom. The plants themselves are beautifully arranged, clearly priced, and paired with care instruction signs that actually make you feel confident bringing one home. I spent nearly an hour in there just wandering, taking photos, and repeatedly saying, "Oh, that's BEAUTIFUL!" to absolutely no one. The selection was fantastic -- a great mix of plants and pots -- and the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality and presentation. They were also running an Easter egg hunt inside The Conservatory, which was a fun idea...in theory. Unfortunately, I think I arrived a little too late in the day, because I looked (and looked...and looked) and didn't find a single egg. No one else around me seemed to be having any luck either. My only suggestion would be to either restock the eggs throughout the day or remove the signage once they're all found -- just so people know whether it's still an active thing or not. Overall, though? This place is a gem. Hueter's isn't just somewhere you pop in and out of -- it's somewhere you wander. It's calm, it's beautiful, and it's very easy to lose track of time (and possibly your self-control if you're a plant person like me). I'll absolutely be back. There are already a few plants from this visit sitting firmly on my "you're coming home with me next time" list... and honestly, it's only a matter of time.

All the people came at Thanksgiving and bought all the trees! So, we could not cut any and we could only buy what they had available, which they had gone to Pennsylvania and purchased then propped them up on their property to sell. And it was perfect! We picked out a nicely girthed tree and got free hot cocoa and a tractor ride for fun. The owners were super nice and the workers were great in bagging up our tree and loading it in the car for us. Super friendly people here. We'll come again next year. But, early! The owner gave us a tip about leaving the tree in the garage with water until we're ready to set it up. Great idea for next year.

In all, I think there may have been about 7 other families there while we were. Parking was easy, just a short walk downhill to enjoy the main staging area. They have some fun décor in the "barnyard" area, and we were immediately greeted by someone (I am guessing an owner). With a very friendly demeanor, they outlined the way everything works. We were given a saw and options: ride the tractor-drawn wagon down or walk; cut the tree or choose one that was already cut; drag the tree out to the road for the wagon to bring it up; or take a sled to drag it up ourselves. DGD spotted "my perfect tree!" that of course was at the farthest point from the barnyard. ;) But it was really nice to walk through the different varieties and enjoy the scents and sounds of trees (it was windy). After some initial bickering between DGS & DGD (they are siblings, after all) they took turns sawing at the trunk until TIMBER! down it came. After starting to drag it uphill, they decided a sled was a good idea so the kids went back up and brought one down. Hilarity ensued. The tree kept rolling off the sled, until finally my SIL said he'd just carry it and hoisted it onto his shoulder. Then the kids found it super fun to drag each other on the sled. Then they took turns riding while DD dragged it. I even took a turn dragging DGD (the boy was too heavy for me! He's 12 now!) Anyway, by the time we reached the barnyard, the tree had been shaken and baled, ready to load onto the Nanamobile's roof. The others took a quick peek at the small shop, while I stood by the tree and enjoyed the firepit. Kids were hoping for hot chocolate, but the shop just had Christmas decorations. Their trees are reasonably priced, I believe $55 for anything up to 6' and $10 per foot over that, but don't quote me. SIL paid for it so I wasn't involved, BUT he did say they give a 10% military discount. They take cash & plastic. Everyone was very friendly and I imagine we'll be back next year!

I used their website which I found easy and user-friendly. I even got a delivery confirmation email, which was great. However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion. Overall, I thought they looked good in the picture and they made her happy, so I will likely order from here in the future, but I will call or specify alternate preferences in the comments on my online order next time.

The activities are abundant to include barnyard animal feeding, tractor wagon ride, hayride, shooting range (pumpkins), apple toss, hay maze area for kids, playground, pumpkin patch, pre picked pumpkins in the front, slides, moon bounces and more. Food is available for purchase around the ground. The draw back now is the price to enjoy the activities. Its $22 per person 3yrs up. It is quite pricey. But the children absolutely love this place and had a great time. There are handwashing stations in certain areas. Dont delay make your way to Showvakers for a great time with friends, family or just by yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Don't come with a huge appetite unless you feel guilty about not paying to get in or to park, because a small hotdog on a bun was $4.00, bottled water or a tiny bag of potato chips were $1.00, etc. It was a fun experience for our 3 year old granddaughter for sure. I gave it a 4 star for the kid-friendly surroundings and the petting zoo.

Behind the stall were shelves of beautiful homemade pottery. He invited us to take a look inside their gallery as there were more items for sale in there, jams, tea, coffee and more pottery. The gallery was air conditioned so it was a nice break from the heat. We ended up purchasing corn, peaches, some jam and fair trade organic coffee. Everything we got was ripe and delicious. Can't wait to stop by again hopefully this fall to see what seasonal items they will have then!
