Main issue was they only had 1 waiter for the entire joint. He was running his ass off, but, couldn't keep up. You had to almost tackle the guy to get service. Had a beer or 2, and wanted some grub... Fish & chips... but not that hungry, so opted for the finger food version of it... I think called fish pieces & chips, described as mini fish & chips? But it was different, the fish was actually medium fried shrimp, not much flavor, 2 fish bites, and a few calamari rounds. Not too tasty. Better probably just for the TV's and beer.

On the very top of this not so cute garage is a rooftop beach bar. How freakin cool is that? Atmosphere was chill, music was good (YES to Germans and their love of Electronic music. Untzzz), drinks were reasonably priced and STRONG, and locals were hella nice. We definitely went on a good night with good people. There's fake? sand on the ground to give off the feel of a beach club. There's hammocks and cabanas everywhere and seating really isn't too hard to find. I don't miss Hannover much, but I do miss this in Hannover.

Didn't disappoint! Our party of 4 ordered various dishes... I did the pork knuckle, 2 types of schnitzels, and steak ... and all were A-okay! Portions were on the larger side, and the prices seemed to be above average, but all everything tasted good! They also make craft beer, and the one I tried was A-okay! Not the most heart friendly meal, but what the heck, I don't visit Germany every month! Once is 30 years must be okay! ;) Lots of seating inside, and covered tables outside. The service was a bit spotty both nights but I think it was due to the busy-ness of the restaurant. We tried plates full of appetizers, shrimp scampi that was fantastic, meat platters and dessert platters. Everything was extremely fresh and flavorful. They also had a great cocktail menu and the bartender made a mean Aperol Spritz. I also loved the outdoor courtyard with covered ceiling so we could enjoy being outdoors but not freezing.
